The tranquility you breathe, the music, the incense and the warm attention you receive when you enter is like disconnecting from the routine and entering a green space that fills you with good vibes. To be honest, I had never tasted Afogatto coffee before, let alone with the Colombian flavor. My palate exploded with this delicious bitter taste combined with the sweetness of the mantecado ice cream. I was fascinated. In addition to the outdoor garden, the plants inside the cafeteria are located on beautiful wooden shelves, in vertical planters hanging on the wall, on the tables with small pots and even on the pandebono counter there are small plants that accompany the display. In this cafeteria they not only sell Colombian and Venezuelan gastronomic delicacies, you can also buy the same products frozen to prepare them at home, dough to prepare your own pandebono and Colombian coffee beans and ground coffee. I was very happy to receive what I ordered. The chicken stuffed potato and the Afogatto were delicious. My mom and daughter were also able to enjoy the menu, I even took some things to my sister who was at home. I had to take a jar of pistachio cream because after tasting the pistachio coffee my mom ordered, it was inevitable to want to make it at home. Hoy me complace presentarles un hermoso lugar que visité en la ciudad de Maturín, se trata de La casa del pandebono donde pude disfrutar de un delicioso café Afogatto que fue como tomar un café en el jardín. Acompáñenme y les muestro. Los dueños del lugar vienen desde Colombia, así que cada uno de sus platos representa a su país con orgullo. Pero sin duda la joya de La casa del pandebono es el concepto de jardín. Cada taza de café que te tomas en este bonito y acogedor lugar es como estar sentado en tu propio jardín. La tranquilidad que se respira, la música, el incienso y la calida atención que recibes al entrar es como para desconectar de la rutina y entrar en un espacio verde que te llena de buena vibra. Para ser honesta, no había probado antes el café Afogatto, y menos con el sabor de Colombia. Mi paladar explotó con este delicioso sabor amargo combinado con el dulce del helado de mantecado. Quedé fascinada. A parte del jardín exterior, las plantas del interior de la cafetería están ubicadas en hermosas repisas de madera, en jardineras verticales que cuelgan en la pared,en las mesas con pequeñas macetas y hasta en el mostrador de los pandebono tienen plantitas que acompañan el exhibidor. En esta cafetería no solamente venden exquisiteces de la gastronomía colombiana y venezolana, también puedes adquirir los mismos productos congelados para prepararlos en casa, masa para preparar tus propios pandebono y el café colombiano en grano y molido. Me sentí muy feliz al recibir lo que ordené. La papa rellena de pollo y el Afogatto estaban deliciosos. Mi mamá y mi hija también pudieron disfrutar del menú, incluso le llevé algunas cosas a mi hermana que estaba en casa. Tuve que llevarme un tarro de crema de pistacho porque después de probar el café pistacho que pidió mi mamá, fue inevitable querer prepararlo en casa. Me encanto ese detalle especial de escribir a mano un mensaje motivacional en las bolsas donde empacan los pedidos para llevar.
