Abdel-Halk Rahmani es uno de los testigos más evidentes de lo que ha supuesto el hermanamiento de Chefchaouen con Vejer. Desde el comienzo de esta relación hace 25 años, ha estado presente cada vez que le han llamado para mostrar su artesanía en madera que ha cautivado a un lado y otro del estrecho.
