Amy Vincze & Soar with Tapping

from Trauma Recovery Anonymous · host richiejtierney

I was delighted to have on my podcast, Amy Vincze, a fellow advocate of EFT; who went on to create her own evolved sense of EFT. If only ordinary people knew of the healing power of EFT, more and more people would use this all the more. I love the way Amy, like so many of us, found that the subject was the Cause and not the Effect. As we see with most mental disorders, the treatment is the focus being put on the Effect; whether that is the mood that  person is in, or the nightmares and flashbacks; whereas we need to be focusing on the root cause. Working with a professional or a coach is always more effective than going it alone. Sometimes we can't see the woods for the trees and it can help to have other people, help you with the appropriate language to effect the best healing response.  Many times we can be too hard on ourselves, and it can help to get a different perspective.it really can help to get a different outlook than will help you to be more compassionate for oneself. Amy created her own evolved EFT practice, also known as Tapping; where Amy has created a phone  app, accessible to the world: Soar with Tapping. Amy believes there is an emotional components to healing, as there is a physical, mental and spiritual components. Know that there each coach, like Amy have specific practices to deal with all sorts of mood disorders; phobias and addictive and dysfunctional behaviors. So if you are a young person, who finds due to anxiety or depression, you are hiding in your room, fearful to leave your safe place, and then you download this app, make use of the free resources to know that Amy is someone you can connect with, someone you can trust. Working with Amy, you can go from Victim to Survivor to Victor.  Wouldn't that be a lovely gift to give to yourself. Take a chance on Amy, I promise you wont be disappointed. @amyvincze #soarwithtapping
