How does your therapist deal with feeling any form of stress?

Stress is an everyday part of daily life for all. Everyone experiences different forms and levels of stress, even your therapist. Look at the state of the world today, the anarchy seems to be spreading in every direction, the fear of the wellbeing of our children and the wellbeing on our nations and society can be full of stress. Therapists not only have to worry about their families, their job, but also your wellbeing, that of your family and all their other clients. Do you see your therapist falling apart? Do you see your therapist curled up in a ball, in the corner of her office, stressed out? Does your therapist come to your sessions, high, on drugs or medication or smelling of booze? Does your therapist appear to be stress free? Does your therapist appear to have a handle of her stress? Why is that, why is it that your therapist doesn't need to treat their stress as you are instructed to treat yours? Wouldn't that be a fair conversation to have? You know your therapist cares for you and wants the best for you, why not ask her to share with you, her coping skills. Can you imagine the next time  you feel any form of stress, rather than doing the usual, you decide to copy what your therapist does, and the danger passes? What would that be like for you? what would that mean for you, going forward? That, in that moment of the stress not overpowering you, you get to feel like your therapist, that you are capable of coping with what ever life throws at you? This then give you the courage and confidence to ask for more coping skills and then to ask your parents, your family, your siblings, your loved ones, your friends for their coping skills. Can you see yourself; in say 6 months; able to handle things that used to baffle you? What would that feel like for you #howtolivestressandanxietyfree24hoursadaybyrichardtierney Learn the past didn't happen to the person you are today, so the diagnosis of depression or ptsd are not yours to suffer. You carry the memory of what happened to a younger aspect of you in another life time; this is why we refer to this person as your inner child; it happened to them, not you. You carry that memory and sympathy pains for them as a show of support and solidarity for what they went through. #traumarecoveryanonymous Don't be afraid to ask for a solution that works for other people, especially your therapist.

How does your therapist deal with Depression

Everyone on this planet gets depressed, even your therapist. We all experience loss and hurt over past events. Not feeling anything about what we have gone through would be inhuman. So, wouldn't it be a good idea to have a chat with your therapist about depression and how they cope? I imagine your therapist isn't on medication and in therapy for depression, so how do they manage those moments, those memories that cause them to feel mad, sad, or regret the past? What do they do? How do they cope? Then simply copy them: what works, keep; what doesn't, discard. Soon you will build up a whole arsenal of healthy coping skills and you will feel less depressed as you learn to deal with these memories and the feelings they trigger in most cases, we look up to our all knowing therapist as the holder of the solution, our mentor and life coach to guide us in life; it seems like a great idea to me, that we should ask them how they cope with depression and the different factors that go into depression: The anger The sadness The regret The remorse  The guilt The shame The sense of isolation and loneliness  I am fairly sure your therapist has a wonderful arsenal of healthy coping skill and affirmative actions they recommend to their families and children. Your therapist wants the best for you, but wont suffer this path, until they know you are capable of walking the walk, and so they will wait patiently, lovingly for you to approach them and ask them for a new way of dealing with depression, a way in which you face your fears and demons head on and overcome them, This is your time to take this action and ask your therapist how they deal with depression. I can suggest a program that worked for me and those who have followed me onto this path Healing Any Past Trauma Memory #healinganypasttraumamemory and then a program to teach you to take it, one day at a time, never looking back into the victimhood of all your past lives, and knowing the unknown future isn't happening today ad therefore none of your business today #traumarecoveryanonymous do check  out our website for more information www.traumarecoveryanonymous.com      t

How does your therapist deal with Anxiety?

Surely if your therapist sees anxiety as a mental disorder, then ask,  how does your therapist deal with their anxiety? Do they suffer in all the ways that you suffer anxiety? Do they push people away? Do they curl up in a ball and cry uncontrollably? Do they feel no one understands them or cares for them? Do they spend all their time with you talking about their feelings, their poor me instances, their peeves? Do they feel they should get a special pass in life? or Do they handle anxiety? Are they in control of their feelings? How do they cope with their anxiety? Surely, it would be a good idea to learn from them how they manage their feelings, like anxiety, fear & worry? Wouldn't it be a great thing if you learned how your therapist copes, copy what they do, and suddenly you would be in command of your feelings like your therapist? How cool would that be? Imagine the next time you feel anxious, rather than letting it rule you and needing to medicate how you feel, you copy what your therapist does, and you find yourself surviving that moment. What would that feel like? Wouldn't that be marvelous? You would be stronger, more confident, just like your therapist! Know you therapist will not force change on you, in case you feel threatened or isolated, but if you ask them for more productive ways to deal with anxiety, they will jump at the chance to empower you to overcome your fears and worries. So, the next time you feel anxious, worried or fearful about anything or anyone, ask your therapist what they would do in that situation.  Try it, if it works for you keep it; if it doesn't, discard it and ask for another idea or suggestion. There will come a time when you have tried so many of your therapists healthy coping skills that in the future when you are triggered, you will realize it isn't as bad as before, because now you feel in control. Doing this, asking others for their coping skills, not just your therapist, but your parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, grandparents, friends. favorite teacher, professor or manager/boss; and one day you will no you no longer have an anxiety disorder, you'll see anxiety as a superpower instinct, to trust in the face of any danger HOW TO LIVE STRESS & ANXIETY FREE 24 HOURS A DAY by Richard Tierney #howtolivestressandanxietyfree24hoursadaybyrichardtierney #traumarecoveryanonymous

An Opinion is only an opinion until...

An opinion is only an opinion until the recipient adds substance to it. When a mental health professional on meeting you for the first time, gives their opinion of what your problem might be, at that point, that is their opinion, they might be wrong. It is solely down to you as to whether you accept that opinion as your truth or you reject it. If you accept it as your truth and their opinion is that you have a mental disorder; for  instance lets suggest Depression or PTSD.  Only when you buy into this opinion does it gain substance and traction. It's only when you, not at your best, decide that a strangers opinion of you, should define you for the rest of your life; understand you are your own worst enemy; you cant blame the professional, they just gave you an opinion, you can't blame your childhood, your past, the war or your parents; you elected to accept a person's opinion as your truth. Lets imagine in this moment, you think i am a fool for making this argument. Now be clutching for answers accept your opinion, and declare " I am a fool"  For this to become my reality and solution, I must embrace the concept of being a fool in every area of my life. i have to keep loyal to this diagnosis because i have chosen this pinion of yours to define me. But what if i disagree, what fi my arguments are valid, that a fool would never been responsible enough  to look you up and make an appointment to see you. And so rejecting your opinion,  I go looking for a second opinion. Here the mental health professional agrees I am not a fool, but declares I an an idiot; that i am talking about things  I am not qualified to talk of and therefore i must be a complete idiot. Again, if I accept your opinion, I must now act the complete idiot to present this new identity to all about me. But what if, once more, i disagree with your opinion and after voicing all my reasons why i am not an idiot, i go in search of a third opinion. This time i decide to talk to a Holistic therapist or coach to see it from the perspective of an emotional disturbance rather than a mental illness. Their solution empowers me to see all my feelings and emotions are my God given instincts, and every time i am triggered now, I choose Flight or Fight, and to my surprise my world doesn't fall apart. But there is something niggling at me,  I'm sill not all there. i realize there is a past memory eating away at me, and burying my head in the sand and pretending it isn't there doesn't work & so i set aside and skepticism and ask a spiritual advisor about how do i claim and perform miracles to cast out my demons.  They suggest a spiritual solution, and once completed,  am free of my demons,  have slain my dragons past and broken the bondage of the past for the first time in my life i am completely free of the past  I am able to focus all of my attention and intentions on the present and those I am responsible for.   I had to decide if i was going to allow another person's opinion rule and define me or was I willing to do what it would take to let go of the past completely #healinganypasttraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous Richard can take you on this journey, you'll need both books read, to understand the path we will take and in three hours you will be free of the past. Suicide the Final Solution

Those of us facing suicide as a final solution to the pains and hurts, don't need people around them to be present and willing to listen to them. They require a new solution, something old, something new. They have tried every man-made solution and they are running  out of ideas. They need a spiritual solution to mend their broken spirit, their wounded soul,  the hole in their soul Everyone can see the pain and hurt on the surface; in their thoughts and feelings, in their anguish and rage, but no one  can see the Cause; what is eating away  at them.  Until we help them find a solution to heal this gaping hole in their soul, they will never know peace. In the same way we are not the person we were yesterday because we are 24 hours older today, this simple common sense is the truth that shall set them free, but they need to hear it from you. As you cant be the person you were 24 hours ago, you cant be a younger aspect of you from another lifetime, who suffered a trauma event back then We are the survivors today, Our younger selves, they were the victim That is the truth that shall set all tempted with suicide to pull back from that brink of despair. We have to teach these wounded souls to return the details and baggage of the past back to its rightful owner, and that it is much easier that it sounds, they embrace the 2 hour healing event to make this exchange using the practice Healing any Past Trauma Memory #healinganypasttraumamemory Once they give the baggage back, the inner child steps into the light with it, and those left behind feel this release mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. They know a new freedom, they see that the diagnosis attached to the past event was never about them, it had its origin in an event that  happened to someone in their past and so they jump into the 12 steps of Trauma Recovery Anonymous Once the individual completes this 3 hour process they are completely free of the energy surrounding the old memory, that ate at their soul for so long. It might be that they have fears, real or imaginary of the unknown future and these will have to be addressed at some stage How to Live Stress & Anxiety Free 24 hours a Day #howtolivestressandanxietyfree24hoursadaybyrichardtierney we need to give those we care about a permanent solution that empowers them to become the solution too "give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach him to fish and he eats forever"

    Anxiety is a Superpower

Understand all your feelings and emotions are not mental disorders, rather they are our God given instincts, our gut feelings to keep safe. When we feel anxious, we can use one one of our responses. In the animal kingdom, when an animal is being attacked or hunted, they will respond with : Flight.  - Fight.  - Freeze Watch any national geographic episode and you will see animals going through these responses. But, we are human beings, were endowed with three other responses: Fawn - Faith. - Acceptance. Freeze and Fawn are the perfect healthy responses for young children. young children cannot run away or defend themselves; all they can do is to either Freeze or Fawn. We have to learn to use the other responses and why: Flight: run away, leave the building,  the conversation, the relationship, the situation Fight: ask for help, tell others you don't want to be fixed or saved but would they teach you how to cope better, look at your therapist, they experience anxiety too, yet you don't see them medicating themselves, ask them what they do and simply copy them,  seek a solution, stand up for yourself, fight back, just say no Faith : keep your faith in your parents and family, ignore your self talk, accept there is a god, stop arguing whether the chicken or the egg came first Acceptance: understand it's not all  about you, you are no one's victim,  Understand your anxiety is a great warning skill probably the best call to action in your whole armory of coping skills ,so  trust your anxiety and remember they are your God given instincts. The best thing you can do right now is to stop listening to your self talk. there are two sets of voices within you. The conscious voices in your mind  & The subconscious voices of your soul One set knocks you down  & The other set builds you up Learn to differentiate which is which.   This book will help #howtolivestressandanxietyfree24hoursadaybyrichardtierney   If there is some past event that intrudes on your life, you cant forget, then you must treat this too. #healinganytraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous

    You are ready!

You are ready! You are ready for change. You found this podcast and episode on your feed. Nothing happens by chance. there is a Cause for every thing in life. As with mental disorders like Depression & PTSD, they are the Effect. The question we need to be both asking and answering are What happened in the past to Cause the diagnosis? When did it happen? Who did it happen to? If you are the survivor today, looking back at a trauma event in the past, then clearly it didnt happen to you the survivor, so who was the victim. We cant live in two lifetimes We cant live two separate lives We cant be two different people from two different time zones. Either our whole lives, its meaning and purpose, is to be found in the land of the living today, or we are enduring a lie. if we have brought a dead thing from the past into the present, we have brought the death, decay and disease of an event not ours, belonging to a younger aspect of us, from another lifetime, the one we refer to is our inner child. We have literally dug up their grave and decided to ignore the life they sacrificed so much for; for us; to suffer a dead thing, and the death, decay and disease of that dead thing is destroying everything and everyone it touches. Healing Any Past Trauma Memory ,means giving the details and baggage of the past event back to its rightful owner, in a non and intrusive 2 hour healing the soul event https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPM68FFQ By doing this work, and embracing this truth, you can break free completely of : Your demons Your dragons past The destructive self talk in your head And the bondage of the past but only you can achieve this You are then ready to complete the 12 steps of Trauma Recovery Anonymous that will empower you to live one day at a time, with a daily plan of living. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPM5N1FN     Richard can guide you on this journey and can be reached at appointments@traumarecoveryanonymous

    The Choice is All Yours

Most people have no idea of how prayer works. They don't realize that their prayers are not what they learned in school, at church, or at their mother's knees. Prayer is the things we say to ourselves all day long, when we think no one is listening to us. We are our own worst enemy. It doesn't matter if you are an unbeliever or an atheist; the sad truth is that God wants each of us to be happy, and so He answers all our prayers that we focus on. It's not enough to call out to god for deliverance from our troubles if our incessant prayers are full of doom, gloom, depression & despiar; or anxiety, fear, and panic of the unknown future. It's our persistent prayers that He hears and answers, all day long. We have to learn how to pray properly and what else we can do on the inside to change our circumstances, and this program can show you the way. It's always been an inside job. There is no pill, tablet, medication, or drug that can heal your wounded soul; it's down to you to heal that yourself. But you don't have to do this alone; you can do these practices with family or friends. How to Live Stress & Anxiety Free 24 Hours a Day #howtolivestressandanxietyfree24hoursaday and if you are open to making peace with your past, then it's time to give the actual event back to your inner child, the actual aspect of you who suffered the event #healinganypasttraumamemory   once you have completed  this 2 hour healing process , it's time to learn a new way of coping with life, one day at a time #traumarecoveryanonymous

Dr. Glenn Berger, Treating the Heart of the Matter

Dr. Glenn lived a wonderous life, a life on the wild side, sowing his wild oats, until he had his spiritual awakening at aged 37. Seeing the names of all the immigrants who came for a new life and here he was  throwing his life away, everything changed.  He went back to school to learn how he became so lost, and eventually he got a PHD and still he was always looking for something extra. Along the way, he learned about a Chinese sage called MENCIUS, who believed that all of humanity were inherently good. "pity the man who has lost his path and does not follow it, pity the man who lost his heart and does not go out and find it" "when their dogs or chicks are lost, they go out and look for them, but when their hearts, their good nature is lost, they don't go out and look for them" Dr. Glenn expands on his hunger for wisdom and knowledge and in every language, the message always appeared to be the same. If we are going to find our true selves, we have to look inwards, to find the heart of the matter, by cultivating the heart. We are each meant to achieve greatness and move mountains, but if we don't feed all of the being, not just mentally and physically but also emotionally and spiritually. We need to find a natural process to find who we are  meant to be. please sit back and enjoy Dr. Glenn's perspective about the harm we cause when we ignore our heart, our true essence   @glennbergerphd #glennberger   #healinganypasttraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous #howtolivestressandanxietyfree24hoursaday

Curing Anxiety & Depression in the Now

Anxiety and depression are two of our primary responses in the face of any danger. When we face any kind of threat to our well-being, we understand that our bodies are trying to tell us to take some form of action, in the now. In those moments of fear, anxiety, or depression, we tell the voices in our head to feck off. Cast out your demons in that moment, whether for 5 minutes or 5 hours, by telling the voices, the anxiety, the fear, the depression, or despair to feck off for this amount of time. We learn there are two sets of voices we have. The first are the voices in our head, the ones we are to stop listening to them, to tell them to feck off. These are the voices that find fault with us, that tell us we are not good enough. The voices that are our God-given instincts, our gut feelings, that encourage us to take a chance; these are the voices that we have to focus on. It's ok to join a church or not to; it's about each of us finding a path forward. We are no one's target; there isn't a target on your head or back. It's not all about you! Anxiety thrives when we focus the energy of today on the unknown future. Depression thrives when we focus the energy of today on the past, which we can't change.  All our power is to be found in the present today. By choosing to stay fully present in the day, we get to remove the anxiety & depression from our environment, today. This is how we cultivate these healthy coping skills. the solution of Trauma Recovery Anonymous enables any person dealing with Depression or PTSD, caused by a past trauma memory, to give the details and the baggage of the actual event, that happened in our history, back to that specific aspect of us, commonly referred to as our  inner child #healinganypasttraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous and with regard to anxiety  and panic disorders, learn that all your feelings, the good, the bad  and the ugly are our actual God given instincts to be always trusted in the face of any danger, real or imaginary and as long as we take the appropriate adult action to face our fears with Flight and Fight; putting our faith in another human being and God; and accepting that no matter what is going on, we are no ones victim; there isn't a target on our head & it's not all about us.  #howtolivestressandanxietyfree24hoursaday

We need God in our Lives to Live & Thrive

We need God in our Lives to Live  & Thrive   For a few months now, I have been experiencing spiritual awakening dreams or revelations.   We speak about this concept a lot in 12-step recovery.   One has a moment of inspiration and sees things differently, possibly for the first time.   I have had several such moments over the past few months, around the concept of God and how He is meant to play a role in our lives.     As such, I have discussed different observations about:   God   the power of Christ   and the ability of any individual to perform miracles any day of the week.   A big focal point has been Anxiety.   Last night's spiritual awakening was the idea that when we experience anxiety, or any feeling for that matter, that is God talking to us, trying to warn us of some impending doom or danger.   The kingdom of God is within, where the I AM  of our soul resides, and that soul life calls out to us through our feelings and emotions, to guide us to live a healthier life.   But if we deny our feelings,   If we medicate them or suppress them,   Then we are blocking God from caring for us.   We are our own worst enemy.   When we experience Anxiety, that is God trying to warn us that there is some person, place, or thing in our environment that might be a threat, and we are to take some form of affirmative action.   If you have someone in your family, friends, or tribe, or you work with people who treat Anxiety as a mental disorder, or those who were diagnosed with it, then it’s up to you to set them right.   We can be held accountable for harming a child of God, both the old and the young, if we don’t share this truth with them   There are 6 responses to danger that God gave us   Two of these are only  to be used by young children who cannot defend themselves:   Freeze & Fawn   While adolescents transitioning into adulthood are to embrace the other 4:   Flight Fight Faith Acceptance   In this day and age, so many of our young people grow up without any understanding or comprehension of the power of God at our fingertips, that they feel alone and misunderstood, that each feeling or emotion can feel like a milestone around their necks   But all is not lost, if you are a parent, sit with all your children, maybe around the kitchen table or the living room, if a teacher, work this practice with the whole class. Help each individual person know they are not alone by having everyone learn at the same pace.   Discuss all the different ways to use each of these responses:   Illicit ideas from each and every member of the group, pair them up to work with each other, or to discuss which ones they think might be best.   Have them write short stories where the characters use all the responses.   The goal is to fill each child and every adult with a whole arsenal of healthier responses and coping skills when they feel any emotion, not just anxiety.   You could have weekly workshops for each emotion and discuss which responses work best with each situation.   Then lead  them into prayer and meditation Let them know meditation is a healthy way to describe worrying   We are all experts at worrying, so know we are all experts at meditation too   The difference being what we focus on   If we focus on anxiety, depression, and stress, we are meditating on those things, manifesting them, attracting more of the same into our lives   So we want to meditate on all that is good and healthy, and we do this by trusting our anxiety and making use of one of these responses that we have just learned about.   Help them to understand that we all don’t have to cope in the same way, there isn’t a right or wrong way, not a ‘one size fits all’   One child might want to run away,   another might want to hide,   another might feel strong enough to just say no,   another might tell an adult, a parent, a teacher & God   and another might let it wash over them and be gone.   We, who read this are the  carers; we are in a place where we can help children especially, the 300 million children diagnosed with mental disorders, that their feelings and emotions are not mental disorders, rather they are their God given indistinct, and they will find them easier to work with snd come to depend on, in they can allow them to be as part of their solution   It’s up to the adults in a younger person’s life to introduce them to the concept of Gad in their lives. This is no longer about you or your life experiences, but an obligation we each have to our younger fellows to give them every chance of having an abundant life.   Let them know, having God in one’s life; keeping your faith in Him, even faith as small as a mustard seed; means replacing your anxiety of the unknown future with faith in God, that giving it all to Him, all will be well   And to understand God’s name is ‘I AM’ and we are to find our meaning and purpose in HIM, in the ‘I AM’ moment today. His name isn’t ‘I WAS’ or ‘I WILL BE’. We are to let go of the past; it's none of our business in the present. We give it to God, and likewise, with the unknown future, we leave well enough alone until it happens.   This is the message we are to carry to all persons, adult & child, who worries about the unknown future or regret any past events.   To not carry this message of Hope to those who need to hear it is a terrible crime against mankind and a sin against God.

One Feeling to Rule them all- Surely Not?

One Feeling to Rule them all- Surely Not? It's a bit like in that movie where one ring rules them all; to allow one feeling to rule and define you is insanity. You are more than the sum of your feelings, and to allow the negative impact of one feeling to rule and define you is what makes all of this so crazy. As human beings, we are capable of having thousands of feelings in any one moment; why in God's name would we elect to allow one negative aspect of a feeling to control our identity? None of it makes sense Mental health professionals deal with mental health solutions In the same way, you wouldn't go to a shoe salesman to buy a hat or jacket, because all he can offer you is footwear.   When you are suffering with a memory or an unknown fear, these are spiritual attacks on your soul that manifest with emotional responses. So, you have a spiritual sickness that manifests with emotional responses, and your best solution is to treat all this as a mental illness, a mental disorder? And this makes sense to you? Seriously? You have a hole in your soul, eating away at you, manifesting in all sorts of emotional outbursts, and you are ok with a solution that ignores the attack on your soul, telling you that you are the problem, that you are mentally ill. And you accept this as a valid solution Our feelings and emotions are our God-given instincts to be trusted at all times in the face of any danger, real or imaginary. The idea is, when we experience sadness or anger at past events or fear and worry of future events, we are meant to turn to our parents, our elders, our loved ones, and to learn from them how they cope with such feelings. We are not meant to turn to mental health professionals who only offer mental health solutions for matters of the heart and ultimately the soul. Remember, Shoe Salesmen only Sell Shoes. The next time you feel anxious about going to a family event, tell your mum, allow her to do her job, and offer a solution. Over time, you will learn from others how to handle situations that used to befuddle you. No-one likes me

Understand that not everyone is going to like you, or for that matter me either. That is okay; in the grand scheme of things, that is to be expected. Your family of origin might not be your tribe. They might all be round pegs in a round hole, and you are a square peg. I believe God put you there for the experience of living outside of your comfort zone. I believe God has great plans for you, and He is using your challenges to mold you for greatness. I believe God chooses his warriors very wisely, and know if you are facing hardships and you start to think like Job that God has forgotten you, please know He hasn't. You are much closer to your meaning and purpose than you might imagine. One point that needs to be spoken, and it's a shock to the system: as you draw closer to God, as you awaken the Holy Spirit, the indwelling Christ, within you, people will pull away from you and undermine and ridicule you. What keeps me going is knowing I might not receive the accolades or recognition on this earth, but God will know I embraced His purpose, and that is ultimately all that truly matters Eventually, you realize you are never truly alone; God surrounds each of His warriors with 10,000 angels to keep us safe. Don't give up, don't stop, you're almost there #healinganypasttraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous #howtolivestressandanxietyfree24hoursaday

    Worrier or Warrior

In life, we have a choice in every moment of any day. We can choose how we feel . In this moment, I can simply smile, and everything changes for the better . In another moment, I can frown, and very quickly I go to feelings of depression and victimhood. The goal of this podcast today is to help people know they have the power in any moment or situation to change their circumstances by choosing to be a Warrior over a Worrier. If you don't know how to be a warrior, decide to be the opposite of a worrier. Grab a pen and paper and write out all the ways you worry and how it affects you,  and then simply decide you are going to do the opposite Keep it simple So, if you worry about the unknown future, tell someone in your life who appears to have a handle on life what you are worried about. \ Ask them whether they ever feel as you do? What do they do? How do they cope?   Then copy what they do, what works keep, what doesn't discard In this way, you will become a Warrior #howtolivestressandanxietyfree24hoursaday #healinganypasttraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous

    Your Beliefs are Your Religion

Understand, whatever you believe in, whatever you put your faith in that is your religion. That is what a religion is. A belief system in something outside of you to deliver your from your troubles. So, if your belief is that you have a mental illness caused by a mental disorder diagnoses, then know that is your religion. Your mental disorder diagnosis is your denomination. this is your religious tribe. Your therapist is your Hight Priest Your therapy sessions is the confessional Your medication that causes a chemical imbalance in your whole being  is your communion. That chemical imbalance is your spiritual out of body experience. The support groups in both real time and  across the web, are all the different churches you attend. The bible tells us we can't serve two masters, we have to decide for ourselves. If we claim to have a mental illness caused by a mental disorder diagnosis, and you spend all your time worshipping and witnessing for that condition, then know you are your own worst enemy, God hasn't forsaken you, the truth is, you have forsaken Him. So you have to ask yourself and answer honestly a series of questions: Is your religion a part of the problem or a part of the solution? Does your religion offer you hope that things are getting better? Does your religion help you to integrate with your family, community and society? Does your religion empower you to be more confident? Does your religion offer miracles, the ability to gain peace of mind serenity and self worth & acceptance, in the here and now? Does your God care for you fully, taking care of your physical, mental, emotional and most  importantly your spiritual well-being, or is it one dimensional and neglects the other parts? Only you can see the truth in my words for you and if they resonate with you, then its up to you to take the appropriate action. You might decide, to step away from your old God for 24 hours ands embrace the Christian God for this day ahead. You'll need to make two prayer declarations, like these and you are welcome to use mine, You don't have to join any new man made religion, church or denomination of another name, simply commit to forming a healthy lively relationship with the creator for this whole day ahead of you\ "Our Father, i have carried this cross since the day i was born, and was led into thinking that you didnt care about me, that you let this happen to me, and the only solution left to me was a man made God concept, but over this time, i have come to see this solution has failed me, it has kept me broken and in victimhood. I choose today, to break free of this victimhood, Richard tells me i can claim up to 24 hours of freedom from my stinking thinking and faulty feelings, that you will take the voices in my head, that undermine and ridicule me, and all of my demons of the past; that you will take all of this for up to 24 hours at a time. and so, in this moment, as you are my witness, I give you all of my burden freely and unconditionally for the next 2 hours. Thank you Lord" Even if you are an atheist or agnostic or unbeliever, know if you have spoken this prayer demand declaration aloud, if possible in front of your mirror making eye contact with yourself after each sentiment; know that your prayer has been answered and you have peace of mind for the next 2 hours. From this you will realize you can repeat this prayer or shorten it as often as you wish throughout your day and it will work every time, whether for 8 hours sleep at night, or 3 minutes here, 40 minutes there and 90 minutes. You now have the power and the capability to perform miracles with The Word.  This has always been about treating the soul.  The soul is where you store all your memories, your wins ands fails, the soul holds everything it never changes, People, especially therapists cannot see the hole in your soul, they can only see how it manifests in your life. unfortunately they treat the manifestation, never touching on the problem, your broken spirit, your wounded soul but there is a solution today, offering you a permanent solution, but you need t choose the right God, so that you can claim the much needed miracles promised to each and everyone of us, and that includes you #healinganypasttraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous #Christian #God #religion #Miracles   Both books are available on the Amazon platform Richard can be contacted to take you through the 3 hour event at [email protected]

None of Your Feelings are a State of Being

None of our feelings or emotions are meant to be considered as a state of being. They are so numerous; each one should be a fleeting call to action. Every time we are triggered, that is our instincts in action, telling us to take some form of appropriate action. We are not meant to stay in the feeling, nor are we meant to medicate or drug it, and we are not meant to hide from it, or hide from life in it. We are meant to take some form of action; the best action is to learn from others how they cope in each situation and then copy them. If it works, we keep it, adding it to our new arsenal; if it doesn't, we discard it and find other coping skills from family, friends, relatives, or favorite teacher, classmates. We learn to see Anxiety, Depression, and Stress as healthy coping skills, as our God-given instincts in action.   The best Fight action to take is to learn from others. No matter the situation or fear, the secret to life is not to try to manage everything on our own. So the next time you feel anxious, you ask your parents, if they felt this way, what would they do. Like in this example you ask the host for information  about the other guests and then get interested in the things they do and like and you'll fit right in. When you are asked to publicly speak, own your anxiety, tell the world how fearful you are, them share what you know and feel about the subject, then ask for feedback afterwards and walk off to a standing ovation. In every situation you find yourself in, don't try to block the feeling, whatever it is, trust it and take an appropriate action, ask someone for advice about how to handle that situation or person.  You can always run away or leave the event early. but giving yourself the chance of combating your fear, is the greatest gift you can give yourself. I hope you now understand none of your  feelings are a mental disorder; now you see they are your instincts given to you by God to keep you safe. So if your troubles were anxiety, fear, worry, and panic this book is the simplest solution available to you today. #howtolivestressandanxietyfree24hoursaday and if there is depression or stress in your life, caused by a past trauma memory, that will need to be addressed as well #healinganytraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous   #anxiety #depression #stress #stateofbeing

    My Meaning & Purpose

We only exist in this 24 hour period in our whole lives. And truth be told, we can break that down to this one hour we find ourselves in right now. this one hour here and now is all of our past, present and future that ultimately matters. The decisions we make in this one hour will decide for each of us, our meaning & purpose as to why we are here on this earth and  what we can do in this moment to fulfil all our potential. What happened in all our past  moments happened to younger aspects  of us, these persons we refer to as our inner child. And for good reason, because they are the persons who lived in different times, with different lifestyles. Think about it, your view of life yesterday morning and this morning  will be different because this morning you are 24 hours older and wiser, you have lived the future of the person you were yesterday.  It's the exact same for all of your past lives, for all of your previous inner child moments, you are no longer the same, because you have the experience of having lived all those lives already and are now in a new place today, you are a new creation and  you cannot go back; not to find meaning and purpose back there; not to change any of it; not to fix or save your younger self; because what happened back there is none of your business today. You are not the same person because time has changed you. You can't alter or effect any change on what happened to your inner child. Your power is only effective in these 24 hours, in this one hour now. Here is where you are all powerful. Here is your meaning and purpose. It's time to let your inner child step into the light; to leave this plane of existence; anything else is just plain wrong; holding your inner child hostage against their will, is that your meaning and purpose? To bring the death, decay and disease of a dead memory from the past into the present, where it destroys everything and everyone it touches, is that your meaning and purpose? To worry over what happened in your past, like a dog worries over a bone, is that your meaning and purpose? To get lost in the depression and despair of the past, so you don't have to embrace life in the land of the living here and now, is that your meaning and purpose? Do you have some false idea that volunteering to suffer an event your inner child overcame already, giving life to that dead thing; betraying all your inner child suffered and sacrificed so that you would be free of it today, is that betrayal your meaning and purpose? Your meaning and purpose can only be found in this moment. Right now, listening to my words, reading my words, your soul crying out to you, to look  at your situation from this different perspective. Are you going to ignore this spiritual awakening, are you going to bury your head is the sands of time and scream No! No! No! in the faint hope that you can unhear this truth, that was never intended to hurt you, but to set you free. The bible tells us that God's name is I AM and we should  Be Still & know I AM God Literally the secret to the meaning of life is to always stay in the present. BE STILL, never venture into the past or the future to find your meaning and purpose. And remember, when you declare I AM  statements you are blessing you and your situation with the presence of God. Every self help book, every book on manifestation agrees with the message of the Bible, tells us what we focus on, we attract, we manifest into our lives. Think about it, if your though are full of negative thinking, faulty feelings, if you are neglecting your well-being especially your soul, you will suffer what you are praying for. You will receive more of the same tenfold. But, the Good News is. if you focus your thoughts, beliefs and feelings on all that is good. if you stay present in the present. If you make the decision not to think about or suffer the past or the future in the present and declare  I AM  statements about being alive, in the here and now, try it for the next hour and see what happens.  It is that easy Once you come to the realization that it is and always has been an inside job. That there is no pill, drug or therapy that can heal the hole in your soul, caused by the energy attached to the past trauma eating away  at you. The solution that works is Trauma Recovery Anonymous. Giving the baggage of the past back to the inner child can only be achieved when the person you are today is willing to let go of it; thereby letting go of your inner child, so they can step into the light; and you in turn will feel this healing release mentally, physically, emotionally and most importantly spiritually. You then complete the 12 steps of Trauma Recovery Anonymous to undo the learned dysfunctional behaviors and bad habits of the diagnosis that should never have been made of you. Only you can do this work. i can take you on this spiritual awakening journey as your guide, when you are ready. I can take individuals or  groups of like minded people through the process. You can book your appointment at: [email protected] As we are all individuals, the same treatment for all,  will be unique for each person. For instance the primary language we use, is the same for all, but we change the ownership of it, by each person fitting the language to them and their situations. The fact that you are doing this from the safety of your own home, or safe place, means no one can see or intrude upon your best effort. "Up until this morning, I have carried the memory of 'X' and sympathy pains for them, as a show of support and solidarity for what they went through, but in this moment, I realize this was a mistake on my part, and I am ready to return it to them"  This is the language we use, and we replace 'X' with the age and names of our inner child. This isn't rocket science, and its not meant to be. Many poor souls have been stuck under the guise of having a mental disorder because of what happened in the past, and so the goal is to achieve this healing as quickly as possible.  For some people it doesn't take the full two hours, yet this isn't a race. this is all about self care and breaking the bondage of the past in as healthy a way as is possible for each individual.  In many cases, we focus on the underlying primary trauma memory. For some individuals, removing the underlying trauma might bring out other trauma memories, long hidden, into the light and we use the same process again and again over the coming days or weeks to remove them. This isn't long term therapy, where you become dependent on me to validate your feelings or next action. this process is to empower you to be more independent. Members that have done this work first, forming 12 step support groups to keep each other accountable. They are not like conventional 12 step groups. To join one must have cast off the victimhood of the past completely and be living in the solution. You do this work, the 2 hour healing event to heal the hole in your soul. #healinganytraumamemory  you complete the 12 steps of the program so that you are in the solution, you then are in the enviable position of bringing something to the table. #traumarecoveryanonymous From, this foundation, you and other members can carry this message of hope. But we need to have ownership of that hope, in order to be able to carry it. This becomes our Meaning and Purpose. To live a life in the present with meaning and purpose, is the greatest gift you can give yo yourself and the world around you. #meaning  #purpose #12step #healinganytraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous #the good news #IAM

Thinking A Feeling is a Mental Disorder is the Insanity

Thinking any of our feelings or emotions are a mental disorder is completely insane. All our feelings and emotions are, in fact, our instincts given to us to keep us safe at all times. When any feeling is triggered, that's our minds, hearts, bodies, or God trying to tell us that something or someone in our environment is a threat to us. It might even be a thought or a feeling that triggers us. What is important in each moment is that we trust that feeling and take the appropriate affirmative action. The responses that so many of us get stuck in are the healthy responses of young children Freeze & Fawn These responses were appropriate for young children, toddlers who needed adults to come to their rescue and either care for or save them. But as each individual grows from adolescence to adulthood, we are meant to put away childish things  and embrace the adult responses of  Flight, Fight, Faith & Acceptance Most importantly, understand it is perfectly normal to feel anxious, worried, or fearful of the unknown future, or things you might feel are beyond your control.  It doesn't mean you have an Anxiety mental disorder; it does mean you are a perfectly normal human being, in touch with your feelings. It doesn't mean you have a Depression or Stress disorder because past events in your life cause you stress, depression, anger, sadness, or regret; it simply means you are a perfectly normal human being who finds it challenging to let go of the past But, in all situations, with the right training or direction, you can prevail and rise like a phoenix from the ashes of the trauma of your inner child. Your feelings are emotions, and for this simple reason, not a thought; they cannot be defined as a mental disorder. It's simple common sense. There is a Spiritual Solution you can embrace today, and it only takes 3 hours to restore oneself to a life in the present. Trauma Recovery Anonymous enables the individual to recognize they do not have a mental disorder, that in fact they have a broken spirit, that can be treated sand hesaled quite quickly We achieve this by giving the details and baggage of the past trauma to its rightful owner, our inner child, who was the actual victim of the event, and by doing this, they can cross over into the light. We then embrace the 12 steps of the Trauma Recovery Anonymous program to undo the learned dysfunctional behaviours and bad habits of our misdiagnosis. Only you can do this for you. It will take 3 hours of your life to complete this process. This is all about your inner child now and your responsibility to them; you are the only one with the power to allow them to cross over into the light. If you can't do this for yourself or your family about you, do it for your inner child. You know they suffered enough; it's time to let them go. It's what they need from you. Both of these books are available on the Amazon platform #healinganytraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous   You can book your event with me to guide you on this journey here: [email protected]   Please take the time to share this with anyone you know who suffers from past trauma or doesn't realize their feelings are their God-given instincts in action and not a mental disorder thank you Richard T

    Spiritual Bankruptcy

In recovery circles, especially in 12-step programs, we clearly recognize that what is required to make peace with any past, is some form of a spiritual solution. The world is focused squarely on man-made solutions to all of our challenges, mentally, emotionally and physically; and they have done a great job of supplying the best of the best to be available to one and all. But the sad truth is everything that has gone is now a dead thing, and as such, it is a spiritual problem. It is not a tangible real thing that one can see or touch. We are powerless to change or alter it in any way. To suggest that we can affect any change on the past is clear insanity. The truth is, what happened in the past is dead to us. If we want to work on it, the only way is through a spiritual solution. But so many of us come to the table of recovery spiritually bankrupt. We have spent so much of our energy on our mental, physical, and emotional well-being that we have little left to go down a path that has gotten such a bad name. Until we start to care for our souls, there can be little to no hope for a permanent recovery. We each have a hole in our souls, which has been manifesting with the stinking thinking and faulty feelings that mental health professionals have been focused on. But these were the Effect and not the Cause. The Cause is what happened in another lifetime ago, to a younger aspect of you, not the you of today, but your inner child; and they cannot leave this plane of existence until they have all their baggage, and they need you to return it to them now. There is no time like right now. In this moment, you can be your inner child's hero; you can let them go; to step into the light with all their crap. Only you can do this; no one else. Deep down, you've always known that no matter what you do to try to heal this memory, nothing works, and now, understanding the reason for this, you are ready to perform a miracle or two that will benefit both you and your inner child. We need to fill our souls with a renewed spirit, to heal the hole in our soul, caused by the energy attached to the memory of the event in the life of  our inner child, that has been eating away at us, manifesting into our mental disorder misdiagnosis There is one solution that heals this disturbance by giving the details and baggage of the past event back to its rightful owner; our inner child; the one who suffered and overcame the actual event This program is called Trauma Recovery Anonymous and is available on the amazon platform It will take 3 hours of your time, where you commit to give all the baggage of your past back to its rightful owner. Only you can achieve this for you. There is no pill or therapy that can heal a broken spirit. for this we require a spiritual solution. #healinganytraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous #12steprecovery #aspiritualsolution #spiritualbankruptcy #brokenspirit

The 4 Stages of Healing from Trauma

There are 4 stages of healing from any traumatic memory. The first stage is: Victim that of the person who experienced the event and those who care about the individual. In most spiritual traditions, those who carry the memory of what happened hold what is referred to as a 'Mind'. In the Christian tradition, this is called a Month's Mind because it lasts for 30 days. In many Asian traditions, this can last from between 60 & 90 days. In this period, those left behind suffer as though they experienced the trauma as well. Fasting, grieving, lamenting, wearing sackcloth and ashes; berating oneself, isolating, withdrawing from society and social activities. The idea is that we go through the loss, whether  a life or one's innocence And then at the appropriate time, we step out of the victimhood and step into the shoes of the Survivor. The Survivor: this is the primary goal of every individual who has experienced any form of a traumatic event in their past. To clearly understand, it is no longer they that are the victim of the event. It's as if they are standing at one end of a tunnel of time; in the future, looking back on a past event that happened to a younger aspect of them; the victim of that event was their inner child, and not the person they are in the present. Despite what others might suggest or tell us, the past is none of our business in the present. Understanding this, you will never move from the victim stage to survivor until you can grasp the significance of this truth. The past is none of your business. Your inner child wants to leave this plane of existence but cannot because you are holding them hostage, here against their will, and until you release them, as only you can, you'll never get to the next stage of a full recovery.  The Victor: When we come to see that the past is not ours and our inner child never needed or wanted our help to process it, and we thus decide to return all of it to them, that is all the details and baggage of what happened to them, It is only then that they can step into the light, and we break free of the bondage of the past; mentally, emotionally, physically and most importantly, spiritually. We then are in the position to use our experience, strength and hope to help others be returned to sanity. Not everyone goes from Victor to helper. There is nothing wrong with settling into contentment and the peace of mind of having overcome the bondage of the past, and you might feel the urge to be a part of your family snd community once more. And then there are those who feel the need to help others. The Helper: I chose to be a Helper [and I don't know if I am a good one or not] in the hope that if my words get to the right person, they embrace my words and return to society and family life. In time, they start their own family, snd in many years from now, one of their descendants creates a cure for cancer or aids, or, may God forgive me, one of their descendants is the Second Coming of Christ. No one will know the part I played; I will receive no accolades or recognition, but God will know, and ultimately, that is all that truly matters.     Don't make the mistake of making your home in the victimhood of what happened to your inner child That trauma and overcoming it was their meaning and purpose Your Meaning and Purpose can only be found in the action you choose to take now Are you willing to move from Victim to Survivor to Victor?   #healinganytraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous

    John Merkel. Sobriety Breakthrough

It was my great pleasure to have John Merkel on my podcast. John is an advocate for 12-step recovery, and like the early pioneers of AA, hIs calling is to help newcomers get over the threshold of recovery as quickly as possible, that is to say, in one effort. Like the early pioneers of Alcoholics Anonymous, it was understood that the only way this new approach to recovery from the addiction of alcohol that was responsible for the deaths of millions was to embrace this whole process as quickly as possible. The founding fathers were made up of 100 men and women who completed these 12 steps in one sitting. in time, as the numbers grew and AA could stand on its own two feet, they started to introduce 2-day events, 4-day events, and eventually 12-day events that allowed for 12 weeks and 12 months to complete the 12 steps.. But if it hadn't been for such great pioneers like Bill & Bob, Joe & Charlie, Wally P., and Clarence Snyder, AA might never have gotten off the ground. Today, in this day and age, to have among us a pioneer who walks in those same shoes; a member who has committed his meaning and purpose in life to help those cases for whom therapy, treatment, rehabs, and even the process of taking the 12 steps slowly hasn't worked, we are blessed to have a Godsend amongst us. That Godsend is none other than John Merkel If you know of anyone who is on the cusp of utter despair and you feel time is something they don't have a lot of, in this moment in time, I suggest you make haste and reach out to John on his website, Sobriety Breakthrough.  i am an advocate of taking any 12-step program as quickly as possible. i believe we self-sabotage our chances of complete recovery if we spend too long in the individual stages of the process, with the possibility we might feel it unfair to have to be the one who has to change; thus, victimhood can undermine this good work. Working with a pioneer like John and just doing it, as Nike would suggest, one gets to clean their side of the street. So, if you know of anyone in early recovery from alcohol addiction who feels recovery is too hard, or it's not for them, might I suggest you reach out to John. I was one of those who spent 5 years attending AA, drinking loads of tea, meeting loads of people like me, and behind my masks, I was slowly going insane. And then I met a pioneer like John Merkel, and everything changed Sobriety Breakthrough is possibly the answer you have been praying for. I do hope you find it, or this episode finds you. #johnmerkel #sobrietybreakthrough #alcoholicsanonymous #12steprecovery #traumarecoveryanonymous #healinganytraumamemory

My History is no longer mine

My history is no longer mine. When a past event is touched by trauma of any mind, it is no longer our property. We have to accept that we only exist in there 24 hours today and what happened in the past didnt happen to the person we are today, it happened to a younger aspect of us, we refer to this  person as our inner child, for a reason. It happened to them and we carry the memory of what happened to them and sympathy pains for them as a show of support and solidarity for what they went through. Therefore, the past is no longer my history It is  his story, because it  happened to him. We only have one life, and it is here in this moment of living where we are to find our meaning  and purpose. What happened in the past, the pain, suffering and overcoming  of that trauma, are the meaning and purpose of our inner child, but we are not to claim it as our own.  That is the terrible conditioned lie fed to so many poor  souls. But there is a solution available to each of us today. It's a spiritual solution than enables each of us to heal the hole in our soul mend our broken spirit, by giving the details and baggage of their story back to them. Then we undo the learned dysfunctional behaviors and habits of that misdiagnosis. We come to realize we are not crazy, insane or mentally ill.  We come to see that we had a hole in our soul We come to see that this soul sickness was manifesting in stinking thinking  and faulty feelings, hence the sympathy pains this is the combined truth that sets us free  In a 3 hour healing  process we give the details and baggage of those sympathy pains back to our inner child #healinganytraumamemory We then unlearn the mental disorder diagnosis by embracing the 12 steps of Trauma Recovery Anonymous #traumarecoveryanonymous When you are ready to give up three hours of your life to get back all of your life, and you would like good orderly direction, mail me @ [email protected] And I will guide you on this path Both books are available on the Amazon platform

Mental Illness is not a Choice!

Mental illness is not a choice, but unfortunately, the same cannot be said for a mental disorder diagnosis. One is set in stone, an actual medical condition. The second is one persons opinion of your whole essence, meaning and purpose, made in the first 20 minutes of meeting you, and according to the mental health industry, in a recent study in the National Library of  Medicine in North America, 39% of all  people diagnosed with mental disorders, were misdiagnosed. That is 4  in every 10 people are misdiagnosed, or more frightening, out of one billion people diagnosed in the world today, 390 million people were misdiagnosed. I believe you have; in fact; a hole in your soul; a broken spirit;  a wounded soul;  caused by the memory of what happened to a younger aspect of you from a different lifetime; and the sympathy pains you carry for them as a show of support and solidarity for what they went through. But they went through it not you, this is the reason you were misdiagnosed. You are being treated for something that didn't happen to the person you are today. What if you were Misdiagnosed?

What if you were misdiagnosed? What if you are one of the 390 million people misdiagnosed with a mental disorder? What if you are suffering from a trauma that isn't yours to suffer? If you have been in therapy for more than one year If you have been with more than one therapist If you have been on multiple medications causing a chemical imbalance in your whole system What if the only thing that is changing isn't your wellness, but your condition is evolving, from ptsd to complex ptsd or from depression to acute bipolar depression? Only you can ask these questions for you. But working with any medical professional, the goal is to heal, isn't it? It doesn't make sense to me, especially in the case of veterans. You, who chose to volunteer to fight for liberty and the protection of the innocent, you would have been psych-evaluated to determine you were not a crazed war-mongering soul, hell-bent on mayhem and murder. To suggest that, after suffering the horrors of war, you are the mentally ill one, that you have a mental disorder; that is the crazy part that everyone seems to have been conditioned to believe makes the most sense . Your inner child, that 18 /19 year old younger version of you who enlisted, they were the victim of that conflict. I assume we can agree they were not the perpetrator of the trauma. You today, you are not that younger version of you; you are not that victim, meaning you can't also be the perpetrator, and as such you are a completely different version of that person, in their future; the survivor looking back at their experiences. The fact that you are the survivor today; neither the victim of the event nor the perpetrator, far removed, now the survivor looking back; you  are the phoenix risen from the ashes of what your inner child went through for you, so you would have a life today beyond their wildest dreams. How can you be diagnosed as being mentally ill, or having a mental disorder? None of it makes sense. A mental health professional can only offer you a mental health solution, and if you come to them for help or assistance, they will do their best for you. But what if you had a spiritual illness that was eating away at you and manifesting with stinking thinking and faulty feelings? What if you have a hole in your soul? It might present with all sorts of beliefs, thoughts, actions, and feelings, but they would be the Effect and not the Cause. Doesn't that make more sense?  This, I believe, is a much-needed conversation that is required between you and your therapist to determine if, in fact, you were misdiagnosed. #healinganypasttraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous bookings for 3 hour healing  events at: [email protected]

We need God in our Lives to Thrive

The simple truth is we don't have a mental disorder; we do have a hole in our soul caused by bringing the death, decay, and disease of a dead thing, a memory of an event that happened to our inner child, in a whole other lifetime, into the present. It eats away at us, destroying us and everything in our lives. It is no longer real or tangible; it has no substance, and so it has to be treated as a spiritual malady if we want to be free of it once and for all, This means we need a spiritual solution to heal the hole in our soul caused by the energy attached to the Sympathy Pains we suffer in our quest to help our inner child. The only spiritual solution that offers miracles to each one of us, even to atheists and agnostics, is the Christian God. He is available to every one of us, but it has to be on His terms So, we need to ask ourselves: how badly do we want ot break the bonds of the past?  Are we willing to do anything and everything to claim the much-needed miracle required ? Casting out our demons Slaying our dragons Quietening the voices in our mind that undermine and belittle us Breaking the bondage of the past forever There is a solution available to everyone today that can achieve all this, and it only takes 3 hours of your time. With 1 billion people in the world diagnosed with mental disorders; with 390 million of them misdiagnosed; with 300 million children diagnosed with mental disorders, with 120 million of them misdiagnosed; it's up to each of us to let them know there is a permanent solution available to them today TRAUMA RECOVERY ANONYMOUS                  &  HEALING ANY PAST TRAUMA MEMORY #healinganypasttraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous #howtolivestressandanxietyfree24hoursaday

You do not have a mental disorder

Please understand, when we suffer with a past trauma memory, as it is no longer a tangible thing in our lives; only a memory, an energy attached to a past event; a spiritual energy, a broken spirit, a wounded soul; and as such it cannot be declared as a mental disorder any longer, when it is a spiritual disorder, a spiritual illness, a spiritual malady or soul sickness that requires a spiritual solution and not a mental one. This is the truth that shall set you free. When we have a spiritual malady, it can and in many cases, manifest in our lives with faulty feelings and stinking thinking But our feelings and thoughts are the EFFECT and not the CAUSE. Mental health professionals are not equipped to treat the soul or the heart; the spirit or the feelings; they are only equipped to treat the brain and mind, and as such, their solutions are therapy and medication to treat how you think. But your thinking wasn't the problem. The problem is, you are carrying the memory of what happened to your inner child in the past, and sympathy pains for them as a show of support and solidarity for what they went through. But they went through it!! As to anxiety disorder, this is not a mental illness; it is an emotional dysregulation and, as such, needs a solution to treat the feelings and emotions. In both cases, the mental health professional isn't the baddie; when anyone comes to them for help, they will do their best with what they have to offer to be a part of the solution. It's down to each of us, to decide the truth for ourselves To be honest, to have the clarity of mind to seek help, to look for a solution, to make the appointment and turn up for it, would clearly show you are in your right mind and quite capable of making correct decisions about your self care and well being; by the same token, how can you thus be diagnosed to be mentally ill, to have a mental disorder What if you do not have a mental disorder? What if you are rightly sad and angry about your past, or worried and fearful about the unknown future? What if you are just a plain old boring normal human being, trying to navigate life by yourself? What if you have a hole in your soul, caused by holding onto the sympathy pains for your inner child, of an event that didn't happen to present-day you and is, in fact, none of your business? What if, to heal completely, you need to break free of the bondage of that past, not yours, by embracing a proven spiritual solution? TRAUMA RECOVERY ANONYMOUS &  HEALING ANY PAST TRAUMA MEMORY   If you have been in therapy for more than one year and things haven't improved if you have worked with more than one therapist and things haven't improved if you have been on multiple medications, causing a chemical imbalance in your being and things haven't improved if you have embraced your diagnosis as your solution, and all that has changed is  that your diagnosis has expanded and evolved into something worse Then it's time to consider you might be one of the 4 in every 10 persons misdiagnosed with mental disorders worldwide *The National Library of Medicine in North America showed that 39% of the one billion people diagnosed with mental disorders were misdiagnosed. Maybe it's time to get a second opinion on your diagnosis.   #healinganypasttraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous

    Tough Love

Understand your parents' worry about you; they don't have an anxiety disorder because they worry about you. They worry that when they are gone, there will be no one left to care for you, and so they use tough love to push you out of the nest and make you independent. This is tough love in action; the bible calls it Agape Love, the greatest expression of love there is. Your parents are willing to lose you to save you. People who validate your feelings and encourage you to bitch and moan snd express victimhood as a way of life are not your friends. Your parents and family, the people who truly care about you the most, will say the most hurtful things, hoping you will be offended enough to take affirmative action The next time a loved one uses tough love on you, rather than be offended, tell them the very thought of doing what they are suggesting really scares you, and could they explain it; that you don't want them to fix or save you, but how exactly do you take affirmative action. Then you do what they suggest: what works you keep, what doesn't you discard, and try again Trauma Recovery Anonymous is the best solution

Victoria Volk - A Grief Survivor & Counsellor

Victoria believes that when we suffer trauma, the trauma might stop, but the grief, loss, sadness, and anger weigh like stones of grief that we carry into life. Victoria recognised that a lot of the situations in our lives can be manifestations of the grief caused by her story. Victoria believed being a mother would be like a coping skill to keep her busy, but that was a lie; Victoria was incapable of experiencing the innocence of love. And this led to alcohol dependence. Victoria was treated for her grief; it was a hard path for her, but she came through it, and it led her to address all her coping skills. Victoria believes we need to face our grief to overcome our demons, it's not enough to fear our feelings or medicate them, suppressing them. Victoria lost her spiritual path after her broken childhood and the loss of both her parents to illness in her young life. She recalls being in a dysfunctional relationship at that time, and in that moment, she prayed to God to save her from this madness snd to find a new soulmate. Suddenly, her soulmate walked into her life, and everything changed. This is her story. #grievingvoices #victoriavolk

Pennie Wilson. A Constant Emergency Survivor

Pennie was always stuck in the fight-or-flight space more than 20 years ago. Her experience was getting in touch with nature: touching, feeling the soil in your fingers, the breeze on your face, and the wind blowing through your hair. Pennie learned to think in a different way, a new perspective, to decide if my thinking was part of the problem or part of the solution. Pennie's goal is to teach others to help themselves. There are not enough therapists for those in need, and so the idea is to teach others how to treat themselves. Pennie created a process called Calm. It's like we are stuck in the clouds and we need to step into the light. Pennie sees the recovery process is like a tree. I'll stop now and let Pennie speak for herself You can heal yourself by recognizing you always have a choice. #kokororcreators #penniewison

    A Spiritual Solution

A Spiritual Solution is the only solution that can heal the hole in your soul, caused by bringing the death, decay and disease, of a dead thing, a memory that happened to your younger self, into your life. What happened in all of your yesterdays happened to the many different younger aspects of you that lives those lifetimes. You cant step back into the life situation of yesterday because you are 24 hours older and wiser today.  this is the real truth that shall set each of us free. People will attempt to sell you an idea that the past is yours to suffer and seek vengeance and justice for; that what happened in the past is yours to carry, that this is where your meaning and purpose is to be found; in the victimhood and martyrdom of what happened to your inner child But that is the big lie that so many people are fed. The past is none of our business, not in the present. it has no business in the present. Our lives are to be focused on the who, what and where of life in this next hour. This is our truth. Who is in your life, for the next hour Where you are living in this hour is where you are to find your meaning and purpose But we have to do something with the details and the baggage of the past. We cant just bury our heads in the sand and pretend the past never happened. This won't work and we can easily see why We have to give the details and the baggage of those past events, back to the inner child, who was the victim of them. We need a spiritual solution to make this happen and this 2 part program enables each of us, to perform 7 miracles of;  Giving the details and baggage of the past back to it's rightful owner, our inner children Casting out of  our demons Slaying our dragons past Quietening  the voices in our head for up to 24 hours at a time Breaking free of  the bondage of the past, once and for all.   This is the spiritual solution the world has been crying out for. With one billion adults and 300 million children diagnosed with mental disorders because of past trauma, its time to tell them all of this good news. If you know anyone who would benefit in knowing there is a doable solution available today, please tell them Trauma Recovery Anonymous enables each individual to achieve this in as little as 3 hours. #healinganytraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous #howtolivestressandanxietyfree24hoursaday

    Who wouldn't be Anxious

Who wouldn't be anxious If you knew life like i knew my life, you would be anxious too. No matter what i do, no matter what I try nothing works, it seems pointless to even try. And my family, they  have no idea; all they can do is challenge me, put me down. Stop hiding,  Stand up and be counted Get out, take a chance  Try to make friends Clean up your room  You're not even trying They don't understand, and i can't explain what it is like to be me, I am afraid of everything and anything And yet, listening to this podcast, I assume there is a reason why the speaker is sharing this with me. Lets listen a bit  more and see if there is reason to this madness. Richard states that if instead of declaring i have an anxiety disorder, that is a kiss of death on any chance of a normal life; why don't we try the concept that we are not mentally ill, we don't have a mental disorder; the truth is we worry, probably worry too much. We worry about the unknown future We worry about things beyond our control We worry we will never find a soulmate, or get a job or have meaning ort purpose. When we address our state from this perspective we can clearly see we are not mentally ill, everyone experiences worry most days, and we can  ask others how they cope when they worry; copy them and grow in confidence.   And then we have to be open to the concept of God as the best solution. Science, Religion and Spirituality tell us, what we focus on, we attract into our lives Therefore what we focus on, that becomes our focus of attention, and if it cant be seen in real time, if it is not tangible; then it is Spiritual. The bible argues that when we talk about the spirit, we are distinctly choosing some form of  God to deliver to us, a life that we desire. we desire this life, by where we put all our attention and intention. this means if your focus is anxiety as a mental disorder, and it gives you meaning and purpose, then anxiety and mental health are your False Gods. If all your attention and intention is on Anxiety in all its forms, and you choose that one single feeling out of the 10,000 feelings and emotions you can experience in any one moment,as your identity, to rule and define you; then know anxiety is your False God, and you are your own worst enemy Furthermore, if you could for even one moment, say for the next 5 minutes choose the Creator to replace your false god, you would know peace of mind beyond your wildest dreams breathe in through your nose only exhale through your mouth relax your body  repeat: "Voices in my mind, all of my worries, all of my fears and anxieties of the unknown future, I know you have been my constant bed fellow for all this time, and as much as I feel naked without you by my side, I am committed to trying this practice. In this moment, I demand you leave my mind, heart and soul. I call on The Creator, to send a whole host of angels, 10,000 strong, to grasp these fears and anxieties by the ankles and drag them from my whole being for the next 10 minutes. Anxieties, Fears, Panic, Voices; I cast you all out for these 10 minutes, begone. Now, simply sit back and relax and become aware that you are at peace. It is this simple, you can choose for how long Any amount of time up to 24 hours at a time. I always demand peace of mind at night casting out my demons for 8 hours before bed. You can do this, you are the only one who can You are not your past, and the only future you have to contend with is the next 10 minutes of peace of mind. #healinganytraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous #howtolivestressandanxietyfree24hoursaday

    Software Vs Hardware

There is an English comic named Jimmy Carr, and for the most part, his jokes are crude and vulgar and not the fare of any good-standing Christian and yet; many of his audience ask him for life advice, and he never fails not to disappoint, hats off to the man.   In the latest clip I saw of him interacting with his audience, a young man going through a divorce asked Jimmy how he maintains his mental health, and his kind response, full of common sense, blew me away. Here I am, an advocate that none of our feelings are a mental disorder, but a gift from God to be trusted in the face of any danger, real or imaginary, and then Mr. Carr shows up with the most wonderful common sense, which was truly beautiful. He spoke about how we have a bad habit of getting our software and hardware mixed up. He suggested that we could choose to stop saying ;   ‘I have anxiety,’ like it's a curse,   and rather declare   I am a worrier’   then something can be done about   And instead of declaring   I have depression’   We declare   ‘ I feel sad about the past, I have regrets”   Suddenly, we are not mentally ill, we don’t have to be medicated to the gills; we are still in control, and we can still trust our feelings.   We can go to our parents, a teacher, or a spiritual advisor and tell them we worry about the unknown future,  and ask them how they cope with worry, and simply copy them.   We do the same about the past and how we feel sad or bad about it, talk to our loved ones, ask them how they get past the pains and hurts, and we copy them.   We choose to learn from others   We recognize that everyone worries and everyone has regrets   We see we are not mentally ill, nor do we have mental disorders; we just never thought we could ask for help, or others might understand, but when we use the right language, inclusive language that allows our family, friends, and loved ones to become part of our solution, everything changes     Know you are not mentally ill, nor do you have a mental illness   If you believe you have anxiety, know you worry like the rest of us about the unknown future.   If you have any kind of stress, post-traumatic stress,  you are not mentally ill, you don’t have a mental disorder; you have a lot on your plate right now, you are carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders   And if, up to now, you believed you have depression, know you are not mentally ill, you don’t have a mental disorder, rather you find it harder than most to get past the regrets, pains, hurts, loss & sadness of the past   It’s ok to have feelings! It’s ok to feel your feelings! This is what it means to be human Your feelings remind you that you are still alive! Your timer is now, & it’s your time to thrive!   Jimmy suggested that for one week: Get 8 hours of sleep Eat whole foods Have some meaning and purpose to your life Make connections with family, friends and colleagues or classmates and i would add: Cut out all electronic  for the last hour before bed and the first hour of the dead and Meditate on a piece of scripture like: "With God beside me, none can stand  against us"  what might it feel like, to no longer worry of the unknown future, believing that God has sent a whole host of His angels down to surround you and keep you safe in the present. #howtolivestress&anxietyfree24hoursaday #healinganytraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous

The Truth about Depression & PTSD, will save you

The truth about depression and ptsd will save you from a world of hurt if you can approach it with an open mind. Depression & PTSD find their form, meaning, and purpose in past events, in our history. When we go back, or attempt to give life to that dead thing, in our history, we are attempting to resuscitate the death, decay, and disease of a dead thing in the present, and it is destroying everyone and everything it touches. The only place and person, we have any control or power over is, ourselves today. We can't fix or save a younger aspect of us from a previous lifetime; that is the mistake so many people make. The past, all parts of it, have no place in the present, and therefore, they are not ours to get depressed or stressed over. None of it is our business in the here and now. The fact that we have been conditioned to believe the lie that we are helping our inner child, suffering their trauma for them, is a crime against mankind and a sin against God and our inner child. Our inner child cannot cross over into the light until they have all their baggage, and we choose to get depressed or stressed over their pains and hurts blocks them from going home to Our Father, is the error we sadly repeat over and over again. We betray our inner child, we take them hostage against their will, and we self-sabotage our lives in the present. We are our own worst enemy; we are the ones doing all this to ourselves. Depression and PTSD are the worst kind of choices we can make. We must give the baggage and details of the past back to our inner child. We don't even get to feel for them. What happened to them cannot have any bearing or place in our lives; we can't use it to feel like a victim for them, that is not what they need from us. What they need from us is to let go of it all completely and unconditionally, so they can cross over into the light. Are you willing to let your inner child leave this fallen world? #howtolivestress&anxietyfree24hoursaday #healinganytraumamemory #traumamemoryanonymous

We have to climb out of the Nest of Vipers that is Depression & PTSD

We have to climb out of the Nest of Vipers that is Depression & PTSD. There was a time when we were as normal as could be, considering we were carrying around demons from our past. One day, we went for help and were told the problem and solution was that we were mentally ill, we had a mental disorder. But unlike any normal medical diagnosis, for this to work, we had to fully embrace the diagnosis and fit ourselves to the diagnosis. This meant not only attending all therapy commitments or taking all the prescribed medications, but if it wasn't working, then the problem lay with us; we hadn't fully committed to the diagnosis, and there would be no clear sign of it working until we embraced it fully. It was like our condition was a dark pit of snakes, a brood of vipers; man's deadliest mortal enemies; and we were expected to climb into bed with them, and allow them to rule and define us completely. This meant we had always to keep up appearances; we couldn't have a good day, and God forbid, we couldn't have a good week, there had to be some expression of our condition, no matter how little or minor, for others to know, this was our true reality. It is so hard to maintain this permanent state of being with the normal people in our lives, family, friends, etc. It's much easier if we push them all away and invest ourselves in the world of our diagnosis.  But there is a heavy price to pay, because it can feel that there is no way back, and so we search for meaning and purpose in our pain and suffering,  This lie, we start to believe and live, destroys our soul, the very essence of who we are meant to be We are not meant to find our meaning and purpose in the suffering of our inner child. That was their meaning and purpose They were the victim of their pain and suffering We each are the survivor today, a totally different aspect of the one I AM. The past is none of our business; we have no valid reason to suffer it in the present. We must climb out of that dark pit and climb back into the sunlight of the spirit in the present. This is the truth that shall set you free, all it requires is honesty, open-mindedness & willingness Honesty to accept your best efforts at embracing that truth isn't working Open-minded to consider you are not mentally ill, you do not have a mental disorder, rather you have a broken spirit,  a spiritual malady, a hole in your soul The willingness to try something different, something old, something new, to claim the promised miracles of the Bible; to cast out your demons; to quieten the voices in your head; and break free of the bondage of the past by embracing a two-part spiritual solution #healinganytraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous [email protected]

    Am I a Christian?

I have been challenged by thoughts and ideas about whether I was ever a Christian, which is compelling me to face this truth. I recall as a child being baptized as an infant in our local Roman Catholic church, and I believed, my parents believed, I was baptized into the Christian faith. But over time, I have come to question this. As s roman catholic, I never bothered to read the bible, that it wasn't necessary; having been baptized my soul was saved; but when I challenged this, and found to my horror, that being baptized with water by another human being, only means I am an accepted member of that denomination, and  not baptized as a Christian, this shook me to the core. Despite the numbers stating there are 45,000 different churches and denominations and some 3 billion Christian members and some 17 million Jews in the world today, how is it that the Bible tells us only 144,000 souls will be saved at the end of time? Might all these 3 billion Christians  not be Christian; unknown to them; they are all members of man-made churches and a multitude of denominations. Quite possibly most of God's children have no awareness that they have been actual Christians as they have not been baptized the Holy Spirit! This would explain why the number in the Bible; 144,000;  is so low. So ask yourself these questions; Have you been baptized with the Holy Spirit? Have you harmed one hair on the head of a child of God, whether Jewish, Christian, young children, or the unborn? Do you worship false gods for your salvation, health, or sanity like: alcohol, drugs, medication, mental disorders; habitual behaviors, co-dependency, blame, shame, guilt, anger, rage, sex, porn, food, sugar, etc. Do you support Planned Parenthood or abortion? Do you promote or support transgenderism? Do you support men identifying as women? Do you allow the Anti-Christ to thrive in your land? Do you support the Anti-Christ and his followers over God's own children? Do you undermine the family? Do you promote that same sex couples can marry in a house of God and can act as parents? These are the kind of questions you need to answer correctly to define whether you are a member of a denomination only or you are a Christian also. For many of us, we have to break free of the old self, so that we can become a new creation This means dying to our old self so that we can stand tall and declare: I AM a child of God I AM a sibling of Jesus the Jew I AM  Richard the Christ This program, Trauma Recovery Anonymous, is a spiritual solution that will enable you to step into your Christian birthright Only you can do this for yourself But you can carry this good news to your family and friends today #healinganypasttraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous

Suicide - Die to your old life

So many  people feel without purpose in their lives, they get caught up in their feelings and this can lead to terrible despondency, despair, depression and a complete pointless sense of hopelessness. The  trick is to find some meaning  and purpose by being of service  to others. Go down to the local animal shelter; give of your time and energy to the lost and  abandoned puppies and dogs, you will find here. you will see your pain in them and more importantly as you give of yourself, you will experience the hope, joy and gratitude in them for the simple act by you, of just showing up. commit to this for a month, and in 30 days you will look back amazed at how low you once were.  Then volunteer to visit  the sick, the elderly in hospitals, hospices and old folks homes. Many of these folks have been abandoned, left to die; the trick is to give them meaning to their lives. Suggest, you don't have a person with experience and wisdom for life in your life and you are looking for someone to fill that void. Make is see you are giving them the opportunity to be there for you, rather than you for them. the effect  will be mind billowingly beautiful,  as you experience others being given meaning and purpose when they too felt they were on the scrap heap of life. Finally as you grow in stature, go down to your local police station and get clearance to work with children, and then head to the local, children's hospital, hospice or orphanage and volunteer to visit, to sit with or to play or feed children in dire need of being held. You will see yourself in each and everyone of these moments of you giving your life, you were ready to discard, to animals, old people and children who will cherish every moment you share with them. You may have past trauma or demons that can hold you back and in that  case you will need to address them. this program enables you to cast out your demons slay your dragons past break free of the bondage of the past  &  expel the voices in your head, daily for up to 24 hours at a time this spiritual solution is called Trauma Recovery Anonymous #healinganytraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous both are available on the Amazon platform

A Buddhist treatment for Trauma & Depression

My guest today, a childhood trauma survivor, took the path of recovery to go from Victim to Survivor to Victor and today a Helper. Saw Myint, became a committed Buddhist, which helped her to heal more and, in turn, to help others to heal too. Experience can matter more than knowledge; we no longer allow our trauma to play a part in our lives. This is a truth of Buddha. In the whole world, there is only the mind and the body. As humans, we might look different, yet we all feel and think based on the experiences of things that have already passed. If we can let go of the past completely, we are then feeding on the memory; the past trauma has already left, and we just have to learn to move on. Deep breathing can help a person to move on. Despite the trauma, we still have our lives, and that is the most important truth to remember. #healinganypasttraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous #sawkmyint

    Trauma Recovery Anonymous

Trauma Recovery Anonymous promotes that our meaning and purpose can only be found in life and living today. What happened in our past happened to a different aspect of who we are today. I am a grown man, 65 years of age, a husband, father and trauma recovery coach  . The aspect of me who suffered a traumatic event 53 years ago was a 12-year-old child. he was the victim of that event I am the survivor today. We are different aspects, living two completely different lifetimes. In his lifetime, he lived with his parents and all his siblings in the family home in Ireland. Today, my parents are dead, and one of my siblings died of leukemia, which reaffirms that the past has no business in my present today. But thankfully, there is a spiritual solution to heal the hole in your soul. You give the details and baggage of the past back to your inner child, and suddenly, they can leave this plane of existence. This is the gift of recovery, of letting your inner child go, to step into the light, and in that moment, you are free of the bondage of the past. #healinganypasttraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous

    Trust Anxiety as an instinct

If only we would teach all children that all of their feelings, the good ones and the bad ones, are calls to action; our Instincts in action; the world would be a better place. When we feel anxious, that is God telling us there is something in the future that threatens our sense of well-being. That we are to take some form of affirmative action now in the present to prepare for that event, or to be able to walk away from it. Flight  Fight Freeze Fawn Faith Acceptance Let's imagine, you have been selected by your teacher to speak at a public speaking event, and the anxiety overpowers you. Rather than letting it do so, rather than medicating how you feel, you ask for help. You speak to your teacher, let them know you don't want them to fix or save you from the experience, but any tips, advice, suggestions, and resources would be appreciated. You use them, and on the day, you walk off to a standing ovation. Or,  you are going on a date or for an interview. You put your faith in your elders, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, a favorite teacher; you learn from others. You learn how they cope, and you copy them. Most importantly, understand that the person you are meeting likes you; that is the only reason you're being asked on a date or being given an interview opportunity in the first place,  In each case, remember they like something about you. Think about it, to ask someone out, you'd need to be attracted to them first, wouldn't you? This means, despite your low confidence, that the other person is attracted to some part of you; take confidence in that. You might be invited to a social event, and you are feeling socially anxious, but in this moment, you realize your instincts are telling you to take some form of affirmative action, and so you contact the host; own your anxiety, and ask them to tell you a bit about the other people attending.  Once you know what they are  into, you do your homework on their activities & interests, their hobbies, ;  to start a conversation or to join an existing  conversation and when asked for your opinion, you have one to give. You realize Your Anxiety is a Superpower, an instinct always trying to empower you to handle life on life's terms, or better still, Life on God's terms. Over time, you will grow in quiet confidence, and in a short space of time, people will look on you as one of the strong, silent types. and your secret:  "you trusted your anxiety to be your instincts in action" We are human beings, each the member of the human race, animals have only 3 responses to danger, but we, who were created in the image of God, have six responses. we can Flight; and run away We can Fight; to stand up for ourselves or seek a solution We can Freeze; shut down mentally & emotionally We can Fawn: wear a mask, people please We can Faith; put our faith in God or one of the many higher powers available to us We can Acceptance; understand we are no-one's victim, it isn't  all about us; people act out to fulfil their own nefarious needs, and ultimately has nothing to do with us- we are collateral damage only. We can be in charge of our emotions or we can make the grievous error of allowing our feelings to control us. It is a decision we each make it that moment We can no longer blame others for how we feel, because  we are the ones choosing to feel or not feel, to suffer in silence or to take affirmative action and trust our God given instincts. This book, HOW TO LIVE STRESS & ANXIETY FREE 24 HOURS A DAY, is a simple book, written for the 290 million children aged 10-19, diagnosed with mental disorders, a crime against the future of mankind and a sin against God, teaching one to trust their\and feelings and to correct their thoughts to be a part of their solution #howtolivestressandanxietyfree24hoursaday

    Trust Depression as an Instinct

Depression is caused by not being able to break free of the past. But the issue here is the fact that the past is not ours to suffer in the present. What happened in the past happened to our inner child, and we only exist in this one hour, here and now today. We can't step back into any of our yesterdays, and for this simple reason, the past is not ours to suffer, because we cannot effect any change on it. Depression is a God-given instinct, telling us we can't change any part of the past, and so we must let go of it completely. It is not a mental illness nor is it a mental disorder; it is a call to action to return the details and the baggage of the event back to its rightful owner, that inner child who suffered it. Thankfully, there is such a solution available today to rid us of the details and baggage of the past event, in a safe and non-intrusive practice.   This program is called Trauma Recovery Anonymous, a simple spiritual solution that empowers each individual to give the details and the baggage back to the inner child. This is a very simple solution.  Accept that depression is a call to action and not a mental disorder Take the appropriate action, trust the depression or stress feeling, and give the details and baggage of that Loss of Innocence back to its rightful owner, your inner child Then embrace this 12-step program to undo the learned dysfunctional behavior and bad habits of that disorder diagnosis #healinganytraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous

    Jessica Morris

Jessica came from a very Christian family home that wasn't exactly healthy. Unfortunately, the message she experienced as a child, was that she was a mistake, an error. Despite all of her troubles in her family home, what made sense to her was that her story was similar to the story of Jesus, in her personal opinion, the sense of abandonment by her  father, was relatable to Jesus being sacrificed for mankind, in her eyes. this perspective helped her to maintain her sanity growing up. Jessica went down the path of a downward spiral, to such an extent that she was ruled  & defined by shame and not being good enough. Jessica expands on her belief that we have to die to our old self and this for Jessica, meant taking affirmatives action by embracing recovery, however that was to present to her. Jessica learned that all our behaviors and addictions are in place to hide past trauma and until we rid ourselves of those behaviors, and bad habits, we can never truly face our demons. Jessica describes 12 step fellowship as being more church than church ever was Jessica's journey is a wonderful story of redemption and with so many people church hurt, or disillusioned with the concept of God, Jessica's  story is a welcome  olive branch, to those lost. Alone or abandoned, that there is always a way back and it can  be on your terms than others telling you what to think, feel or believe. It is my belief that you will find hope and acceptance on this podcast, that you will notice that not everyone faces their own challenges, and coming from a dysfunctional family Christian home, you would imagine, you'd never go back, but deep down, Jessica knew, she couldn't depend on her earthly father, and this wasn't going to deter her from reaching our to her Heavenly Father. I see Jessica's story is one of great strength; that when we feel at our lowest, and there is no valid support around us, having God, the holy spirit or   a host of angels in your corner, can be a beautiful thing. @jessicalmorris @sonbathing @higherpowered

Dr. Glenn Berger. Healing the Heart

Dr. Glenn rose from the ashes of a misspent youth, and at aged 37, had a spiritual awakening,   experiencing an awakening as to  how he could help others return to the path of life. In his experience, psychotherapy wasn't enough for himself and for many of his patients. Dr. Glenn believes we need to cultivate our hearts. After reading the teachings of a Chinese philosopher, a chap called " Mensha," he learned that many of us fall into the trap of getting so focused on this material world, we seem to ignore or neglect the well-being of our heart and the hole in our soul. Dr. Glenn, suggests we need to think outside of the box surrounding mental health, to look at what drives us, what gives us meaning and purpose, or where we can find such conviction. I pray you enjoy this podcast guest, who taps into the depths of our souls to suggest that there is a much simpler way of seeing life and how we can realign ourselves with life in a more healthier practice. we only have today, and if we can find some way to 'seize the day' we will be well on our way, to finding our meaning and purpose in life Dr. Glenn brings a wide scope to the challenges we all face and insights into another perspective on how to deal with such challenges Dr. Glenn has created an online course to help individuals to find their heart, the drive to help them to turn up for life, one day at a time. Dr. Glenn, from his professional experience of working  with others, feels many people are looking for a new way, an alternative way to deal with their unnecessary pain and stuckness, as he describes a state many of us find ourselves in. Dr. Glenn's online course is called: Heartfinders His book is called: Never Say No to a Rockstar and he can be found across social media and on his website by looking up his name @glennberger

Ellen Lubensky "the detrimental effects of medication and informed consent"

I am not a conspiracy theorist, and I don't believe Ellen is either, but Ellen shares her truth, of her own life experience, and how she fights for the rights of the individual  In Ellen's own words, It is a cheap solution to medicate individuals, rather that look for  a fuller more  rounded solution This is Ellen's journey, her courageous knowledge and experience to tell people;  it's a good thing to  speak up about your experiences, good or bad, to be heard and in so doing your message might be heard by others Ellen understands that medication can and does help many cases, but Ellen believes we need to give informed direction so that each person receives the right to be protected in all situations. Ellen, sharing her inspired story, is a wonderful gift, if any of the audience suffer with self-care or they worry for others who suffer with poor care, or feel broken, then this message is for you. if you ever feel as though, you might have been one of the 390 million people misdiagnosed with a mental disorder, and you want answers and a new solution that works, then reaching out to Ellen would be a good place to start. We are not Burying Our heads in the sand, to deny Depression & PTSD

https://www.podbean.com/eas/pb-64x4g-1af20e7 We are not burying our heads in the sand to deny Depression or PTSD.  We choose not to bury our heads in the sands of the past to deny Depression and PTSD. We choose affirmative action to stay fully present in the present, this gift from God. We see that what happened in the past happened to our inner child; they were the victim of their trauma We sit in the present hour, in the here and now, and their trauma isn't happening to the person we are today, and therefore it is not ours to suffer or process today. Our meaning and purpose are not to be found in our inner child's victimhood of their trauma. Our meaning and purpose can only be found in our own lifetime in this hour right now. Being fully present in this moment in time, free from the bondage of the past and the fear of the unknown future, is where we find our meaning and purpose in life. When we see the truth of this and embrace it, we keep depression and ptsd at bay. Be Still & Know I AM God Be still means to be present, to commit to being fully focused on life in this present hour, right now. In this case, cast out your demons, tell the voices in your head that undermine and ridicule you and me, to feck off for this one hour.  Know I AM reaffirms that your place in life right now is to be fully focused on being present in this moment in time. It's a call to action. refrain from using the past or future tenses for this one hour, you are only to make I AM statements, and they all have to be about being alive, present, and a part of life, family, friends, community, and society for this I AM one hour. God  understand, for this period of time, you have been worshipping the False God of Depression or PTSD, and that False God only offers hopelessness, despair, depression, loneliness, more stress, more rejection, more isolation, leading you further into the dark pit of that nest of vipers. But choose the god that offers you, even you, miracles in this moment, and you find yourself filling up with hope, joy, tolerance, patience, empathy, kindness, willingness, you find the courage to climb out of that pit of darkness, to throw open the curtains of your mind or your bedroom and let the light in. Only you can do this for yourself, but you can share this with others. There might be a person in your contacts worse off than you; they might be in a social group or support group, putting on a brave face, ready to give up, and you share this with them, and you save them. How good would that feel? You, at your lowest, making a difference, saving lives. Nothing happens by chance I believe God put me in your path so that you could save a life, yours or another's. #healinganytraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous   [email protected]

There is only One Solutoin to Depression & PTSD

There is only one solution to Depression & PTSD. That solution is to understand depression and ptsd find their purpose and meaning in what happened to our inner child, and therefore, they have no right, rhyme, or reason for us to invite them into our present. Understandably, we can't just bury our heads in the sand and pretend that what happened in the past wasn't hurtful. But we can be honest to accept it didn't happen to the person we are today, open-minded enough to see that no matter what we do, all the therapy and medication we embrace, things are not getting better, that they are gradually getting worse. And we can be willing to believe the truth that how we react and respond are manifestations of something deeper, a hole in our soul, eating away at us. This willingness helps us to accept that we have a broken spirit, a spiritual illness, a spiritual bankruptcy that undermines our self-belief and robs us of the ability to be true to the human being we are meant ot be today. We only exist in today, in this moment in time, in this hour right now. We don't exist in any of our yesterdays, and therefore, all of our pasts are none of our business, which invariably means we have the right, rhyme, or reason to suffer depression or ptsd for something from our past that didn't happen to us. We must break free of the bondage of the past by giving the details and baggage of the past back to its rightful owner, our inner child, so they can step into the light and cross over. When they do, we feel it in our whole beings; mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. #healinganytraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous
