In this episode, Brian L. Frye, Spears-Gilbert Associate Professor of Law at the University of Kentucky College of Law, discusses his circuitous path to legal academia. He describes his initial interest in filmmaking, his studies in art school, his many failures, his eventual decision to attend law school, and his eventual decision to pursue a job as a law professor. He also offers some thoughts on what potential law students should keep in mind, and how law students can become law professors.
