You have your effective part and your efficient part. They need to work together. And the way that you get them to work together is effective, always comes first. Always, always, always, always. Sorry, clean fish, you're gonna have to clean up a little bit of a mess, but there is a reason why when you flew here, the pilot does not put it on autopilot on the runway. In the beginning, if you put too many systems in place, it will hinder the growth of your company. You have to be a little bit loose with it. You have to have a personality-driven team, not necessarily a process-driven team right away. And they need to be able to use their judgment, right? There are only two times when the pilot really has their hand on the wheel, and that's when they take off and when they land, right? Because those are the times when you have the plan as a guide, but it's not the Bible, right?
