In this case report of a patient with chronic prostatitis, we go through his case history and how he saw two pelvic PTs without relief.The biggest common denominator? Not frequently conducting an internal pelvic floor assessment to actually assess what was going on. In fact, over the course of 20 visits this patient had an internal assessment twice.
