Maternal Mortality, a Whole-Body Approach and Using Data: An Interview with Katherine Sylvester
How can we help save the lives of our pregnant and post-partum patients? What about doing more than just resolving their reported symptoms? We can't wait for you to hear this conversation with Katherine Sylvester - she has spent her entire career challenging the status quo and pushing for better results for her patients. After experiencing postpartum preeclampsia herself, Katherine began asking how wearable data could help women recognize problems earlier, advocate for themselves and make better decisions during pregnancy and postpartum. That eventually grew into Operation M.I.S.T. and her work helping women use their own data to better understand their bodies. And that's just one part of this conversation! We talk about:👉 How Katherine's own postpartum experience led to Operation M.I.S.T.👉 Using wearable data to identify concerning changes before they become major problems👉 Teaching women to self-monitor and make data-driven decisions👉 Why postpartum return to exercise needs to be individualized👉 Her mission to reduce unnecessary C-sections👉 Why we're barely scratching the surface of what pelvic PT/OT can do with scar management👉 What happens when you stop complaining about problems and start asking, “What can I do about this?”Katherine is bringing two completely new topics to the PelviCon stage this year: using data to address maternal mortality and better understanding and treating scars in pelvic rehab. We can't wait for you to learn from her! 🎟️ Join Us for PelviCon 2026 — From Anywhere! Can't be with us in Atlanta? The Hardest Part of Hiring Your First Clinician
What if the first clinician you hire isn't as good as you? It's one of the biggest fears we hear from successful solopreneurs—and it's exactly what Nicole struggled with when we started growing PelvicSanity.Because hiring your first clinician isn't just adding another person to the schedule. It's changing your entire role.Suddenly, you have to trust someone else with your patients, your reputation, your culture and something you've worked incredibly hard to build. And yes...Nicole struggled with this enough that she eventually went to therapy to work through some of the control issues that came with becoming a leader. 😬In this episode, we're talking about the mindset shifts required to successfully go from solopreneur to multi-clinician owner, including:👉 Why being busy isn't a good enough reason to hire👉 "No one will ever be as good as me" (and what to believe instead)👉 Why your next clinician can actually enhance your reputation👉 Raising the floor with great systems, onboarding and mentorship👉 Raising the ceiling by helping your clinicians become incredible👉 Why your clinicians don't need to be perfect on Day 1👉 The fear that you'll invest in someone...and they'll eventually leaveUltimately, the traits that made you a successful solopreneur—control, high standards, personal responsibility—can become the exact things that prevent you from building a great team.Growing beyond yourself requires becoming a different kind of business owner.🎧 Listen wherever you get your podcasts!Want to Grow as a Business Owner?Check out the Pelvic Business Accelerator - the 6-month program to jumpstart your business and get you to the next level. The 5 Levels of Care in Pelvic Health: What Is The Gold Standard?
Let's cut through the noise....If someone you loved needed pelvic floor therapy tomorrow, where would you send them?🤔 Are there actually different levels of pelvic health care?We believe the answer is yes.The interesting part? Most pelvic therapists already act as though these different levels exist—we've just never had a common language to describe them.Think about it...If your spouse, your parent, or your child developed pelvic floor dysfunction tomorrow, who would you recommend? Most of us wouldn't say:❌ "Just find any ortho PT."❌ "Start with telehealth or try an online program."❌ "Here's a great Instagram account."We'd recommend a pelvic floor specialist. Someone who is trained and able to perform both an internal and external evaluation and hands-on treatment. That instinct reveals something important: we already recognize that different models of care have different capabilities. In this episode, we introduce what we're calling the Five Levels of Pelvic Health Care—a framework for thinking about the different therapeutic ceilings of pelvic health, from free educational resources all the way to the current gold standard of in-person pelvic floor specialists. In this episode, we discuss:✅ Why different models of care have different capabilities✅ What we mean by a model's therapeutic ceiling✅ The Five Levels of Pelvic Health Care✅ Why every level has value—and expands access in different ways✅ Why preserving the gold standard matters while thoughtfully increasing accessThis isn't about ranking clinicians or criticizing different models of care.Every level has passionate clinicians doing their absolute best for patients.Every level has an important role to play. But patients deserve honesty about what each model can—and cannot—provide so they can make informed decisions about their care.If you've been following this series, this episode brings everything together and introduces a framework we hope helps move the conversation around standards of care forward. There's only two big requirements for us:Be honest about your therapeutic ceiling.Don't present your level as though it replaces—or is equivalent or superior to—a higher level.Be exceptional within the level you've chosen. No matter what setting you've chosen to practice in, strive to learn, grow and provide incredible care.About Nicole & Jesse CozeanPelvic health is hard. What Do We Actually Gain From an Internal Pelvic Floor Evaluation?
To be honest, we never imagined we'd need to explain this. Fair warning: this episode gets a little nerdy.Over the last two episodes, we've talked about why we believe internal pelvic floor evaluation remains the gold standard in pelvic rehabilitation. This week, we're answering the obvious follow-up question:What do we actually gain from performing one?For those of us who were trained to perform internal evaluations—and who use them every day in practice—the value seems almost self-evident. It's become such a fundamental part of how we think, reason, and treat that we rarely stop to ask why. It's also where our profession has focused its education, research, and clinical training for more than 40 years. But recent conversations in our field have challenged us to step back and articulate something we've largely taken for granted. So that's exactly what we do in this episode. We break down the first principles of an internal pelvic floor evaluation: How it reduces uncertaintyImproves diagnostic accuracyHelps individualize treatmentIdentifies findings that might otherwise be missedGives patients understanding and validationThis is why the ability and willingness to perform an internal evaluation - when clinically relevant and with informed consent - has remained the gold standard in pelvic rehabilitation for decades. If you've ever struggled to explain why internal evaluation matters—or simply want to think more deeply about one of the defining skills of our profession—this episode is for you.International Continence Society PaperIn the episode we mention a paper from the ICS that was extremely helpful in listing out many of the areas where we gain information, specificity or new information. What We're Getting Wrong About "Access to Care"
"Access to care" sounds like something everyone should support. So why do we think it's become one of the most misleading phrases in pelvic health? In this episode, we argue that we've been solving the wrong problem.Because the goal isn't access to care. The goal is access to quality care.We discuss: Why lowering the standard of care isn't the same as increasing access The difference between access and quality Why patients are still falling through the cracks despite having "access" The six biggest opportunities to improve pelvic healthcare Why raising standards—not lowering them—is how we truly help more people If our profession wants to serve more patients, the answer isn't diluting what makes pelvic health special. It's building more clinicians, better businesses, stronger education, and higher standards. Is Internal Evaluation + Treatment Still the Gold Standard?
Is internal evaluation the gold standard in pelvic health? We believe the answer is yes.Lately, we've seen more clinicians claiming that internal pelvic floor evaluation isn't necessary—or isn't the gold standard of pelvic rehab. We don't think this is just another social media debate. We think it's one of the most important conversations our profession needs to have. We're going to be diving deep into this topic. But for Part 1, we discuss: Why this issue matters so much for the future of pelvic health What the pioneers of our profession fought to establish The strongest arguments against internal evaluation—and where we think they fall short Why "access to care" shouldn't mean lowering the standard of care Why extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence (Also, the caveat we shouldn't need....Every internal evaluation should be clinically appropriate and performed only with informed patient consent. Of course.)Instead, this episode asks a bigger question: What should the gold standard actually be for pelvic rehab?About Nicole & Jesse CozeanPelvic health is hard. Retire on a beach. As owners of both a thriving brick-and-mortar practice and a successful online business, we wanted to share a reality check. In this episode, we discuss:✅ Why most pelvic PTs are looking at online business for the wrong reasons✅ Why building an online business is often harder than building a local practice ✅ The biggest mistakes we see clinicians make before they ever get started ✅ Why content creation is a full-time job—not passive income ✅ How AI is changing the future of online education ✅ Why we still believe the greatest opportunity is delivering exceptional in-person careOne of our biggest takeaways:Don't chase what looks exciting online. Complex Patients Need Simple Interventions
What if the answer for your most complex patient...was actually simpler than you think? In this episode, we share a favorite clinical principle and one that we train on at PelvicSanity...The more complex the patient, the simpler the intervention.Because when someone has seen multiple providers, tried countless treatments, and feels completely overwhelmed by their symptoms...The last thing they usually need is a more complicated plan.We discuss:✅ Why newer clinicians shouldn't be shielded from complex patients✅ The foundational interventions most clinicians overlook✅ How to choose treatment priorities with your patient ✅ Metaphors that help patients understand why you're starting simple ✅ Why patience is required—for both clinician and patient ✅ Why no patient is too complex to helpIf you've ever felt intimidated by a long history, a thick intake packet, or a patient who's "tried everything"...This episode is for you. Birth Prep Isn't Birth Education: An Interview with Gina Conley of Mamaste Fit
Are we trying to do too much as pelvic rehab providers? That might be an uncomfortable question.Because when it comes to birth prep, many of us genuinely want to help our patients have the best experience possible. But where does our expertise end?And where does someone else's begin? In this episode, Nicole sits down with Gina Conley of MamasteFit—perinatal fitness provider, birth doula, educator, and someone who has attended hundreds of births—to talk about the role pelvic PTs actually play in pregnancy and birth preparation. This conversation challenges a lot of assumptions and asks us to reflect on how we're showing up for our pregnant patients. We dive into:👉 The difference between being a perinatal professional and a birth professional 👉 Why pelvic PTs bring huge value in birth preparation—but may not need to be teaching full childbirth education classes 👉 The difference between rehabilitation exercises and true fitness programming 👉 Why "never push on your back" and "never hold your breath" may be oversimplifications 👉 Birth plans vs birth preferences 👉 Why collaboration across professions leads to better care 👉 How our own experiences and biases can unintentionally shape how we treat patientsOne of the biggest takeaways:Birth prep isn't about controlling outcomes. It's about helping patients feel informed, adaptable, confident, and supported. And the more we collaborate instead of compete…the better care we're going to provide.About Gina ConleyGina Conley is co-founder of MamasteFit, a prenatal and postpartum fitness company that blends perinatal fitness, birth preparation, postpartum recovery, and professional education. Revenue vs Profit - Where you Need to Be
Revenue is vanity. Profit is reality. And most business owners are focused on the wrong number. In this episode, we break down one of the biggest mindset shifts in business:👉 Revenue is how much money your business brings in👉 Profit is how much actually ends up in your pocketAnd the difference between those two numbers determines everything about your life. This conversation started after a high-level business conference in Vegas where someone asked:“How do you improve profitability in an insurance-based business?”The answer?“If you can’t control your pricing… there’s only one game to play: you have to ruthlessly cut costs.”And honestly? That’s not a business most of us want to run.We break down: Why profit margin is the metric serious business owners actually care about The huge mistake most people make when trying to improve profitability Why you cannot save your way to a successful business The difference between finite expense cuts and uncapped revenue growth How small increases in patient volume massively outperform tiny cost savings Why business model determines lifestyle more than almost anything else And then we get into the contrast that changes everything:🏥 Insurance-based model ~10% margins ~42 visits/day to make $100k💰 Cash-based model ~66% margins ~3 visits/day to make $100kSame income.Completely different life. This episode is about more than money. It’s about: 👉 Burnout 👉 Freedom 👉 Control 👉 And building a business that actually works for your lifeIf you're ready to build a business with stronger systems, better margins, and more freedom…The Business Accelerator is where we help pelvic rehab business owners grow intentionally—without burning themselves out.👉 Learn more here: www.pelvicptrising.com/acceleratorAbout Nicole & Jesse CozeanPelvic health is hard. What Trauma-Informed Care Really Means: An Interview with Krystyna Holland
Are you truly practicing trauma-informed care… or just assuming you are?Because there’s a big difference. And most of us were never actually trained in it.In this episode, Nicole sits down with pelvic PT, researcher, and educator Krystyna Holland to break down what trauma-informed care really looks like—and where our field is still falling short. And this conversation goes deeper than you expect. We’re not just talking about being empathetic or “good with patients.”We’re talking about: 👉 The intentional choices that either build safety… or unintentionally cause harm 👉 Why “I’m a caring provider” isn’t the same as being trauma-informed 👉 The missing clinical frameworks that should have been part of our training 👉 How even well-meaning clinicians can get this wrongKrystyna shares insights from her current research—including the development of actual, tangible guidelines for trauma-informed care in pelvic health. Not theory. Not buzzwords.Real, actionable practices. We also get into: Why ongoing consent matters (and how to actually do it) How intake forms can unintentionally create harm What to say when a patient discloses trauma The biggest mistakes clinicians make when trying to “protect” patients Why trauma-informed care applies to every interaction—not just internal exams The surprising gap between what patients want… and what providers think matters This episode will likely challenge how you think about your care. And that’s the point.About Krystyna HollandKrystyna Holland is a pelvic health physical therapist, trauma-informed care researcher, author, and founder of Inclusive Care LLC. The Courage of Little Leaps: An Interview with Kyle Hartman
What if growing your business didn’t require one big leap……but a series of small, courageous ones?Because that’s how most successful practices are actually built. In this episode, Jesse sits down with Rising CEO coach and practice owner Kyle Hartman to talk about what it really looks like to grow—from a brand new pelvic PT during COVID… to running a 4-clinician practice. And the story isn’t what you think. There was no master plan. Just a willingness to take the next step.We get into: Why confidence doesn’t come before action (it comes from it) How “low-risk” decisions can still lead to big outcomes The power of starting small—and staying consistent How to grow a practice without losing focus or chasing every opportunity What it actually takes to lead a team (and have hard conversations well) Why grit and courage matter more than experience early on We also dive into how Kyle has intentionally expanded her practice: A quarterly labor prep seminar that serves the community and drives leads Her work in sex coaching and counseling, helping patients move beyond pain into pleasure Consulting with professional athletes on return-to-sport postpartum careIf you’ve been waiting until you feel “ready”…This episode is your reminder:You don’t need a perfect plan. Beyond the Obvious: An Interview with Anna Hartman
Are you actually treating the right thing… or just what’s obvious?Because those are very different. And if you’re missing the real driver of your patient’s symptoms…No amount of exercises, techniques, or experience is going to fix it.In this episode, Nicole sits down with athletic trainer and educator Anna Hartman to dive into a completely different way of thinking about assessment, treatment, and what it really means to be an effective clinician.Anna brings a unique blend of: Orthopedic rehab Osteopathic and visceral approaches High-level work with professional athletes and Navy SEAL candidates And the result is a perspective that challenges a lot of what we’ve been taught. We cover: Why assessment—not treatment—is the most important skill you have The difference between treating symptoms vs finding the true driver Why “results in 1–3 visits” isn’t about shortcuts—it’s about precision How ego gets in the way of clinical progress (more than you think) What it actually means to “trust what you feel” as a clinician Why repetition—not information—is the key to real skill development This conversation will push you.It might even make you a little uncomfortable. But if you’re willing to question your assumptions and level up your clinical thinking…There’s a lot here.Anna HartmanA huge 'thank you' to Anna for being on the podcast and sharing her wisdom with all of us. Is Your Problem Supply or Demand?
Is supply or demand the bigger problem in your business?Because if you don’t know the answer to that…You’re probably working on the wrong thing. We see this all the time. Business owners are busy, putting in effort, trying to grow……but focusing on an area that isn’t actually the bottleneck. In this episode, we simplify everything down to one core concept: supply vs demand.👉 Supply = how many patient visits you can actually provide 👉 Demand = how many people want to be on your scheduleSounds basic. But most people never apply it to their own business. We walk through: How to identify whether you're supply or demand limited Why you’ll always be limited on one side (and why that’s normal) What to do if you’re supply limited (efficiency, adding time, hiring, or raising prices) What to do if you’re demand limited (leads, conversion, or clinical buy-in) How focusing on the wrong side wastes time, energy, and money If your business feels scattered or stuck…This is the lens that brings clarity.Business Accelerator ProgramIf you’re ready to stop guessing and start focusing on what actually moves your business forward…The Business Accelerator is where we help you identify your biggest constraint—and fix it.No more spinning your wheels on things that don’t matter.👉 Learn more and apply here: www.pelvicptrising.com/acceleratorAbout Nicole & Jesse CozeanPelvic health is hard. The Real Reason We Created the Prolapse Symposium
Prolapse is one of the most talked-about conditions in pelvic health right now.And also one of the most misunderstood. In this episode, we take you behind the scenes of the PelviCon Prolapse Symposium — why we created it, how it’s different, and why this topic needed a deeper dive.Because the truth is:Most of us were taught a one-size-fits-all approach to prolapse. And it doesn’t work.Prolapse is one of the fastest-evolving areas in pelvic rehab, with more research, more perspectives, and more complexity than ever before. That’s exactly why we built this symposium differently.Instead of staying within our silo…We brought together:Pelvic PTs and OTs Surgeons Researchers Mental health professionals And experts from around the worldTo answer one question:👉 What does it actually mean to treat prolapse well in 2026?In this episode, we talk about:The origin story of the symposium Why prolapse was the obvious choice What most clinicians are still getting wrong And what you’ll actually learn from attendingIf you’ve ever felt like prolapse treatment is more complicated than it “should” be…You’re right.Prolapse SymposiumJoin us for the 2026 PelviCon Prolapse Symposium here: www.pelvicon.com/symposiumAbout UsNicole and Jesse Cozean founded Pelvic PT Rising to provide clinical and business resources to physical therapists to change the way we treat pelvic health. Why Is Prolapse So Hard to Treat?
Prolapse should be simple… right?Strengthen the pelvic floor, support the organs, and move on.Except that’s not what actually happens. In this episode, we break down why prolapse is one of the most complex conditions we treat — and why so many clinicians feel stuck. We cover:Why prolapse is often taught incorrectly from the beginningThe disconnect between symptoms and anatomical findings Why you can’t “Kegel your way out” of structural defectsHow the nervous system, identity, and fear all play a roleThe impact of hormones, birth trauma, and connective tissueAnd why prolapse is really a multi-system condition, not just a pelvic floor issueThis isn’t about doing more. It’s about understanding the full picture — and knowing when pelvic PT is just one piece of the solution.Want to Go Deeper? 7 Reasons Nicole Never Wanted to Start a Business
Starting your own practice gets talked about a lot.But what doesn’t get talked about?👉 The reasons not to do it.In this episode, we break down the 7 reasons Nicole never wanted to start her own business — and why, for a long time, staying an employee was actually the better choice. We cover:What it looks like when a job gives you all the good (and shields you from the bad) The uncertainty and complexity of starting from scratch The role of loyalty — and when it matters Career growth without ownership Financial risk, student loans, and lack of safety net The appeal of a predictable schedule And the very real fear of failureThis is a nuanced conversation about business ownership — not everyone should do it, and that’s okay. But it’s also about what changes when those reasons start to fall apart. The Bigger TakeawayIf you’re thinking about starting a business…It needs to be for something bigger than just frustration with your current job.And if you’re a business owner…Your job is to create a place where it’s genuinely hard for great people to leave.Ready to Start Your Own Practice? If you’re serious about starting your own business the right way…👉 Check out the Business Kickstart Program (step-by-step guide): www.pelvicptrising.com/kickstartAbout UsNicole and Jesse Cozean founded Pelvic PT Rising to provide clinical and business resources to physical therapists to change the way we treat pelvic health. Stop Chasing Letters - Certificates in Pelvic Health
Will getting another certification actually make you a better clinician?Or just give you more letters after your name?In this episode, we tackle one of the most common questions we hear — which certifications should I get?Because in pelvic health, there are a lot of options. And a lot of confusion. We break down what certifications really are… and what they’re not.At the end of the day, a certification is simply someone saying: “You’re certified.”That’s it.We also talk about the uncomfortable truth — that many certifications are primarily a marketing tool. They’re designed to package courses together, increase completion, and yes… sell more education. That doesn’t make them bad.But it does mean we need to think about them differently. We also dive into:• Why certifications don’t bring patients through the door• Why they won’t fix imposter syndrome• The difference between learning for growth vs. chasing letters • Why even the most recognized certifications don’t guarantee better clinical skills • How to actually choose the right con-ed for your careerAt the end of the day, the question isn’t:“What certification should I get?”It’s:“Would I take this if there were no letters attached?”About UsNicole and Jesse Cozean founded Pelvic PT Rising to provide clinical and business resources to physical therapists to change the way we treat pelvic health. Offer Benefits To Appeal and Retain Your Team
Most smaller practice owners think they need to be “bigger” before they can offer real benefits. But that’s not actually true.In this episode, we break down what providing benefits as an employer really looks like — especially for small, growing pelvic health practices.Because benefits aren’t just about checking boxes. They’re about attracting the right people… and keeping them.We talk about the biggest misconception owners have — that benefits need to be expensive or complicated to matter. They don’t.In fact, some of the most meaningful benefits have very little to do with money. We also dive into:• What employees actually value (hint: it’s not always what you think) • Why benefits are really a retention strategy, not just a hiring tool • How to think about flexibility, growth, and mentorship as benefits • Why you don’t need to offer everything — just a few things done really well • How your benefits reflect what you truly value as a businessAt the end of the day, your benefits send a signal. To your team.To future hires. And to the kind of business you’re building. If you’re an owner trying to grow your team — this episode will help you think about benefits in a completely different way.Free Training - Should I Be Running Ads?Join us for our quarterly free training all about Google, Instagram and Facebook Ads. Why do so many pelvic rehab clinicians love treating patients… but feel frustrated with their jobs?In this episode we dig into the results from our State of Pelvic Rehab Survey and talk about three things every pelvic PT and OT employee should be advocating for in their workplace. The data was eye-opening.67% of clinicians are doing unpaid documentation. That means many rehab providers are literally working for free so their employer can be reimbursed by insurance. We also found that 79% of clinicians don’t have a regular clinical mentor, and 74% receive no paid mentorship time in their job.At the same time, most clinicians also report very small continuing education budgets. You can’t grow without support — which means you should have either strong mentorship or a meaningful con-ed budget. And then there’s raises. The average raise reported in our survey was just 1.8%.Nearly 81% of clinicians received raises of 3% or less, which means many pelvic rehab providers are effectively taking a pay cut every year after inflation. In this episode we break down three things every employee deserves — and give scripts you can use to advocate for yourself professionally and respectfully.Pick one.Start the conversation. And see what kind of workplace you’re really in.About UsNicole and Jesse Cozean founded Pelvic PT Rising to provide clinical and business resources to physical therapists to change the way we treat pelvic health. The Power of Your Circle: How Lauryn Beecher Built Her Practice
Some practices grow into something incredible.Others burn the owner out along the way. What makes the difference? In this episode we sit down with Lauryn Beecher, owner of Pelvic Health and Wellness, to talk about the real journey of building a pelvic health practice that actually aligns with your values.Lauryn didn’t start with a big clinic. She started by renting a treatment room two days a week, juggling multiple jobs and slowly building something of her own.Today she runs a thriving multi-clinician practice serving one of the most diverse pelvic health populations we see anywhere — men, women, kids, fertility patients, and the trans community. But the real secret behind what she’s built?Intentionality.Lauryn shares why she’s incredibly intentional about the people around her — her team, referral partners, mentors, and even the patients she works with.Because the people in your circle shape your business far more than most owners realize. We also dive into:• Why certifications alone don’t bring patients in the door • The myth of the “magic number” before starting a practice • How adaptability becomes a business superpower • The overlooked skill every business owner should developYou can learn more about Lauryn and her practice at www.pelvichealthandwellness.com Instagram: @pelvichealthandwellnessBusiness Accelerator ProgramIf you're a business owner looking to grow your practice, we are currently accepting applications for the Pelvic PT Rising Business Accelerator Program. We've helped 900+ business owners build practices aligned with their mission.Learn more at: www.pelvicptrising.com/acceleratorAbout UsNicole and Jesse Cozean founded Pelvic PT Rising to provide clinical and business resources to physical therapists to change the way we treat pelvic health. 6 Surprising Results from Our State of Pelvic Rehab Survey
We recently wrapped up our State of Pelvic Rehab Survey, with hundreds of responses from pelvic therapists working as employees. And a few things stood out.First, the paradox.Despite a number of structural challenges in these jobs, most pelvic therapists report being pretty happy. Nearly 70% rated their job satisfaction a 4 or 5 out of 5.We (generally) love the work. But when you dig into the details of how these jobs are structured… the numbers get interesting. In this episode, we walk through six of the most surprising findings from the survey, including:Why mentorship still hasn’t improved in the past five years (and why nearly 80% of clinicians still report having none)Why most pelvic therapists are not treating anywhere close to 40 hours per week anymoreHow documentation is still largely unpaid — with 63% of clinicians reporting they aren’t fully compensated for itWhy raises across the field remain extremely small, with 80% of clinicians receiving 3% or less last yearWhy continuing education budgets are surprisingly low — with nearly 60% of clinicians receiving less than $1,000 per year, despite the lack of in-house mentorshipAnd what clinicians say is actually driving burnout in pelvic rehab (spoiler: it’s mostly administrative)The survey paints a fascinating picture of the field right now.Experienced clinicians.Complex patients.A specialty people genuinely love. But also a lot of clinics still figuring out how to structure these jobs in a way that actually supports the clinicians doing the work.About UsNicole and Jesse Cozean founded Pelvic PT Rising to provide clinical and business resources to physical therapists to change the way we treat pelvic health. Health Savings Accounts (HSA)If you’re eligible for an HSA, you should understand how powerful it is.We discuss:2026 contribution limitsWhy HSAs allow tax-free healthcare spendingHow to use it as a financial bufferWhy this is not just a retirement accountHow business owners can strategically use high-deductible plans🏦 3.
