Cinderella Boy

Welcome to today's episode of Queerly Popular! Today, we are going to talk about the 2018 book Cinderella Boy by Kristina Meister. And in something new, I am also going to talk about the audiobook read by David M. Nadalini because I had some issues with the reading. I also see it was the only audiobook he did, and I thank God for that. Listen to the podcast to hear what my issues were. The book is about a 16-year old, Declan, who is gender-fluid and sometimes dresses up as "Layla". Layla meets Carter Aadensen and they fall for each other. Layla leaves and Carter searches for her. Meanwhile, the administration at the school Carter and Declan go to shows tremendous bigotry and they fight back. It really is a fun story and I think you'll really enjoy it.
