The COVID-19 pandemic constricted many of us to home offices, where the line between work and home became blurred. As a result, our physical and mental wellbeing have become last on the priority list and 24 hours in a day seems like not enough. Today we are sitting down with Practice Manager of Full Circle Health Network, Samantha Turcotte, and Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, Geneviève Zizzo to talk about how we can create a healthy work-life balance. From tips on how to avoid burning out before it happens, a discussion on the effectiveness of the Eisenhower Model of Time Management, and taking control of our every day responsibilities, we look at helping you all find a balance that works for you and your healing.

How We Heal with Ryan Pink Ryan Pink We’re holding space for authentic conversations about healing from the hard things in our past and building resilience for our future. We discuss everything from ancient healing practices, culture, and spirituality, to personal stories of healing, and the newest technological applications and wellness practices. We’re all on a path to healing. And we all want to feel better and be more resilient to pain and trauma. We want to feel free, connected, and whole. Our fundamental belief is that our path to healing is momentously enhanced through shared wisdom, intentional presence (witnessing), sharing stories, and the support of others. In our “Stories of Healing” segment, guests share their personal healing journies. We find the common humanity buried like diamonds within these deeply human stories. They demonstrate how we can all serve as guides for each other, providing both practical insights and inspiration for our community. To help expand our understanding, Ryan speaks with fri BluntTalk With @thablunt.therapist 😚💨🍃 Kai Lorraine Tha Blunt Therapist, from the Healing Roots Tribe provides voice documentaries about real ass stories about being a melanated millennial in mental health.
