Discovering Faith Part 2 - What Is Saving Faith? The Matrix, the Gospel, and the Step That Changes Everything

Saving faith is more than just believing something in your head or feeling something in your heart. It’s a real, full-on step forward. In this episode, we break down what saving faith actually is and how it plays out in real life.Using The Matrix as a metaphor, we walk through the three key parts of saving faith: hearing the truth, being convicted by it, and taking that next step into action. Just like Neo had to make a choice, red pill or blue pill, we all come to a moment where we decide what we’re going to do with what we’ve heard and what we feel.Whether you’re a long-time believer or just now asking questions about Jesus, this conversation is for you.See Part One: What is Faith - https://youtu.be/rTRMfFGjfjQ Scriptures Used:Ephesians 2:8Romans 10:17Psalm 19:1John 16:8Matthew 13:3–9; 18–23Special shout out to  @ChristForTheNationsInc , Back in the early 2000's Dallas went to  @Youthforthenations  and your matrix themed camp that year helped to solidify some things in him.THANK YOU TO OUR PATRONSWe’re incredibly grateful to our Devoted Patreon Geeks who help make this ministry possible:Ruiz Family, Adam Arciniega, Lady Lommax, Paul Turner, Jacob Russell, Mike Alderman, Nerd Chapel, Monster Island Film Vault, PaulJPowers.com, Michael Manacci, The Cel Cast, Savie Wilson, John Harju, Kevin Lovelace, Branson Boykin, Leah Miller, Brianna Sheagley — and so many more.Thank you for your continued support!SUPPORT GEEK DEVOTIONSWant to help us keep doing what we do?
