Jeffrey Small, Jr. is the author of the forthcoming mystical thriller, The Breath of God, the writer of the spirituality blog, OneReality, and a speaker on religious and spirituality topics.  Jeffrey has studied at Yale University and Harvard Law School. More recently, Jeffrey earned a Masters in the Study of Religions from Oxford University in England.   He was raised in a Christian environment, and is active in the Episcopal church, but he has also studied Yoga in India and practiced Buddhist meditation in Bhutan.   In this podcast,  Jeffrey reflects on the similarities and differences between Eastern and Western forms of spirituality and talks about how East and West can actually complement one another.
