Ep. 29: It's not loss. It's alignment.

from Healing Myself · host Scott and Shaté Hayes

In today’s episode, we'll focus on the concept of alignment and how it relates to our perception of loss. Sometimes, when we experience a setback, it's easy to feel like we're losing something important. However, we'll explore the idea that what appears to be a loss can actually be a sign that things are aligning for our benefit. Through this conversation, we hope to help you detach from the negative emotions associated with loss and embrace the idea that everything is coming together for your greater good.
