Ep 36: Less But, More Butt with Jen Rozenbaum

• Today, I want to talk about "more butt, less but". As many of you know, I am a boudoir photographer and what I mean by that statement is that I want to see more butt and fewer excuses that we make to ourselves.

• I see this so often in my line of work! We are making all kinds of excuses and are afraid to get out of our comfort zones. Now, it can be difficult to do, I know! But, the only time you'll grow and learn what you're are capable of is by getting uncomfortable and stepping out from behind those barriers.

• Where are you making excuses in your life? Are those excuses preventing you from going after what you really want? Tell those voices to shut up! I'm guilty of this mindset as well. For example, I am publishing a book and I really had to step out of my comfort zone in this process. I had moments when I told myself, "I'm not qualified, I don't have a degree in this", but the truth is, I have valuable life experience that has to be heard! So, ask yourself, "are those excuses really true?"
