EP 64 Rajit Ahuja
from BBB - Adem Manderovic Hosted by Adem Manderovic
Years ago organisations who were in high ticket talent placements would acknowledge the power of personality profiling and traits, to place with a strength of a candidates packet to a potential client. In the past three years, there has been an explosion of much of the same thinking with reflect to prospecting profiling with click button recommendations, most of which haven’t nailed their MVP, until now. Rajit lives and breathes the ease of use, of personality disc profiling, and making it real for the potential clients in the manners in which they like to be approached, as it should be. If you still believe in spammy bulk outreach with no thought of making it compelling for the end user and customised to how their personality likes to be approached, then this episode is NOT for you, actually 1984 called and would like their cumbersome modelling back. But if you are like many who embrace continuous improvement and sheer ease of use to make it real, then hold onto your hats as this is the episode for you!
