EP 74: Unconditional/Self Love

I think learning to love yourself is just learning how to love unconditionally. When people upset you, don’t make you happy or whatever the reason may be. You can remove access to those people. When people aren’t what we feel they should be it’s so easy to no longer have to exist with that person. But you will always be with you. Even when you don’t like who you are at moments. Unconditional love is so rarely given.. even to ourselves.. but once you understand true unconditional love, loving yourself becomes so easy.
