EP130: Tracy Schmidt ON focusing on holistic practices to increase your fertility and better your life as a whole

from Inner badass reborn · host Dana Donnelly

In Tracy's health and life coaching business she helps women improve their fertility so they can get pregnant and have a baby. Tracy says, "I know how heartbreaking it is going through infertility since I suffered with it for 3+ years. I went through fertility treatments, including two rounds of IVF. After I suffered my last miscarriage, my doctor told me that donor eggs were my next viable option. My husband and I contemplated this but my inner voice told me not to give up on myself yet. So I learned how to improve my fertility. I told specific steps for what my body and mind needed (we cannot underestimate the role our minds play in our lives, including in our health) and I got pregnant within 6 weeks at the age of 42. And when my husband and I decided we wanted a second child, I got pregnant the first month we tried - this was 2 months before I turned 44" Where you can find Tracy: https://www.facebook.com/TracySchmidtHealthyBeginnings https://www.instagram.com/tracyschmidt_healthybeginnings/
