Which type are you—do you prefer staying at home or going out?I’m definitely a home person. If I don’t have to go out, I won’t. Even simple plans can sometimes feel a bit heavy, so I decided to talk about that feeling.==Instagram & Note(Blog)==https://www.instagram.com/outsidejapclass/https://note.com/taitaijapclass==How to use the scripts=1.You can listen first and guess the meaning without the script.2.You can read the script while listening.3.You can also practise reading out loud with the audio.However there is no right or wrong way.You can also simply enjoy the content and listen to the podcast for fun.Just relax and enjoy the podcast==Japanese and English scripts==あ〜今日、友達と1時から昼ごはんの約束かあ。Ah… I have lunch with a friend at one today. めんどくさいなあ。I feel a bit lazy about it.ずっと家にいたいなあ。I kind of just want to stay home.みなさんは、こんなこと思ったことはありませんか。Have you ever felt like this?私は、ときどきそう思います。Sometimes I feel like that.友達と会いたくない、というわけではありません。It’s not that I don’t want to see my friends.ただ、家の中にいるのが好きなんです。I just like being at home.みなさんはどうですか。How about you?家の中にいることが好きですか。Do you like staying at home?それとも、外に出ることが好きですか。Or do you like going out?今日は、こんな話をしていこうと思います。Today I want to talk about this idea.私は、家の中にいる時間が好きです。I like spending time at home.休みの日は、家で本を読むことが多いです。On my days off, I often read books at home.このポッドキャストを作ることもあります。Sometimes I work on this podcast.ブログを書くこともあります。Sometimes I write my blog.そうしていると、気がついたら一日が終わっています。Before I realise it, the day is already over.でも、最近は運動も少し始めました。But recently I started exercising a little.1週間に二回か三回、ジムに行っています。I go to the gym two or three times a week.本当は、家にいるほうが好きです。Honestly, I prefer staying at home.でも、健康のためにジムに行くようにしています。But I try to go to the gym for my health.めんどくさいんですけどね。But honestly, it feels troublesome.運動も、友達と会うことも、別に嫌いではありません。I don’t dislike exercising or meeting friends.実際、運動を始めると楽しいです。Once I start exercising, it is actually enjoyable.友達と会うと、本当に楽しいです。And when I meet my friends, it is really fun.でも、家のほうが好きなんです。But I simply like being at home more.だから、外に出たくないんです。So I don’t feel like going out.家を出るまでの間、ずっと自分と戦っています。Before leaving the house, I feel like I’m fighting with myself.「今日はジムをやめようかな」と思う日もたくさんあります。There are many days when I think, “Maybe I should skip the gym today.”「熱が出たから行けません」と言いたくなる日もあります。Some days I even feel like saying, “I have a fever, so I can’t go.”それぐらい、外に出たくない日もあります。That’s how strongly I sometimes don’t want to go out.ここが一番大変なんですよね。This is actually the hardest part.この気持ち、わかりますか。Do you understand this feeling?みなさんは、家にいるほうが好きですか。Do you prefer staying at home?それとも、外に出るほうが好きですか。Or do you prefer going out?皆さんはどんな人か知りたいです。I would like to know what kind of person you are.
