Getting concert tickets… is it about luck or being a true fan?It seems the way to get tickets is a little different in Japan and Singapore.Which system feels more fair to you? 🎫==Instagram & Note(Blog)==https://www.instagram.com/outsidejapclass/https://note.com/taitaijapclass==How to use the scripts=1.You can listen first and guess the meaning without the script.2.You can read the script while listening.3.You can also practise reading out loud with the audio. However there is no right or wrong way.You can also simply enjoy the content and listen to the podcast for fun.Just relax and enjoy the podcast==Japanese and English scripts==シンガポールに来てから、コンサートに行くようになりました。Since coming to Singapore, I’ve started going to concerts. Why is that? Because in Singapore, it’s easier to get tickets than in Japan. In Japan, tickets for popular artists like YOASOBI, Ado, and Mrs. GREEN APPLE are very hard to get. Of course, it’s not easy to get tickets in Singapore either. Still, why is it easier in Singapore than in Japan? Because the system for buying tickets is different. Let me start with Japan. In Japan, people in fan clubs can often apply first. You need to pay money to join a fan club. So people who pay have a better chance to get tickets. In other words, if you’re not in the fan club, it’s very hard to get tickets. On the other hand, Singapore is different. When tickets go on sale, you go to the website. Then you get a number to wait in line. That number is random. If your number is small, you can enter early. But if your number is big, you have to wait longer. During that time, tickets can sell out. What’s important is that everyone follows the same rule. It doesn’t matter if you are in a fan club or not. Big fans and casual fans start from the same point. In that sense, I feel it’s fair. If you’re lucky, anyone can get tickets. But how do big fans feel? People who have supported for a long time may feel it’s unfair if they can’t get tickets just because of luck. Some people may feel it’s not fair that someone like me, who is just curious, can get a ticket. That may be true. Which system is better depends on how you think. Which do you prefer?
