I discuss  two modalities that can support you with changing your mindset after WLS. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) &Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) which is new and something that's been adopted for treatment of addictions. CBT  and ACT can be used in conjunction with each to address emotional eating and long-term behaviour change.  Part 3 - Food for thought  I react to a topic that I have seen on social media and give my opinion on it.
