Once you have established GOALS, you know where you want to go.  Once you have established the PURPOSES you have the why’s and wherefores of the activities needed to get you there, and with POLICY you have set the workable guidelines.  But you still need to figure out how to get there!  If you don’t have that you don’t have much. You still need a roadmap, and that is your PLANNING, the fourth level of Mr. Hubbard’s ADMIN SCALE.  This is our final episode on planning and the most detailed.  You may have to listen more than once.
