Episode 84 - Leah Knauer

from Inappropriate Earl · host Inappropriate Earl

When Leah was five years old, she was cast as the lead as Mary in her church's The Birth of Baby Jesus Christmas Play - and the narcissism only built from there. She has dreamt of being an entertainer ever since. Leah had solos in elementary through high school and was almost always putting on a show, on and off stage/camera. In high school, she was voted "Best Dressed" and "Most Likely to be in High School Musical 4" (but who's counting, right?) Her constant need to do anything to make people laugh and smile deemed her the nickname "Crazy Ass Leah" amongst her hometown friends. Originally from Philadelphia, Leah now resides in Hollywood, CA where she is finally not the craziest of them all. Leah Knauer is a very talented and hilarious stand-up comedian, improviser, and actress. She is currently on two house improv teams (“Wichita” at Westside Comedy Theater, “The 400 Cat” at The Improv Space), one indie two-woman team (“Not Related”), and has studied improvisation at iO West and UCB. She performs stand-up all around Los Angeles and is on stage doing improv or stand-up almost every night of every week. She is the co-creator/producer/writer and co-star of the YouTube comedy web-series “One Sided Argument”. Leah also has a very interactive & entertaining social media following on both Twitter (@LeahKnauer) and Instagram (leahknauer). With her cute, sassy, and energetic personality, Leah Knauer is sure to put the "fun" in "funny".

DARRYN YATES: Mindset & MAYHEM! darrynyates Host of The Darryn Yates Show. Inspiringly Inappropriate. Explicit Terrible Person Terrible Person Unfiltered conversations unfold between “Gary” and “Selena” as everyday observations slide into cultural commentary, media obsession, relationship dynamics, and moments that probably should have stayed private. Nothing is structured and very little is filtered.Topics drift from movies, celebrities, and internet culture into arguments, confessions, and reactions that feel slightly too honest. Some exchanges are funny, some are uncomfortable, and some cross into territory that is occasionally highly inappropriate. “Gary” and “Selena” revisit disagreements, contradict themselves, escalate minor annoyances, and follow curiosity wherever it goes, without smoothing anything over. If you like sharp observations, messy honesty, and the feeling of being a fly on the wall during conversations you were never meant to hear, this is exactly that. Explicit The Fifth Column Kmele Foster, Michael Moynihan, and Matt Welch Your weekly rhetorical assault on the on the news cycle, the people who make it, and occasionally ourselves. Kmele Foster (Freethink), Michael Moynihan (Vice), and Matt Welch (Reason) talk and laugh and drink their way to at least quasi-sanity in a world gone mad, often with the aid of clean and articulate guests.
