Then, The plaintiff worked for the defendant and claims she’s a drug addict who passed out at work several times. The plaintiff is suing the defendant for unpaid wages after she sent an invoice and didn’t hear back. The plaintiff is also suing for defamation of character. The defendant claims she did pay the plaintiff, but the check bounced. She also admits that she does take pills but insists they’re all prescribed by a doctor.
