Do roku 2030 by mělo v Evropské unii projít renovací na 35 milionů nehospodárných budov. Řádově se tak v průměru musí každý členský stát postarat zhruba o jeden milion takových domů. Přispět k tomu mají také dotační peníze. I proto spustila česká Národní rozvojová banka program Elena. Obcím i podnikatelům má pomoci s přípravou projektů energeticky úsporných budov. V rozpočtu je pro ně k dispozici přes šedesát milionů korun. Klientům zajistí službu poradenské firmy a požaduje po nich pouze desetiprocentní spoluúčast. „U podnikatelů hradíme z devadesáti procent energetický posudek a na realizaci úprav mohou získat i zvýhodněný bezúroční úvěr u naší banky,“ připomíná host tohoto podcastu Vladimír Sochor, který má v Národní rozvojové bance na starosti EPC projekty.
