from Intelligent Intoxication · host Terri Bradway

If you’re stuck, you might need: different information a sustainable, simple system for applying the information a habit for managing uncomfortable emotions so that you can follow through with your system I invite you to consider these questions: How might it feel to practice thinking: “I know enough”? What benefit do you get from collecting more information than you really need to change? How willing are you to create a simple, sustainable system for making the changes that really matter to you?
