happy almost valentine’s day everyone! i though that this topic seemed appropriate for this time of year. to me, healing and relationships go hand in hand. a healthy, loving relationship is the product of two actively healing individuals. this being said, it is important to acknowledge your own flaws and start your own healing journey before a relationship.
