    creating boundaries

been waiting for this one.. personal boundaries are the first step to creating healthy barriers between you and the outside world. having healthy boundaries help show others how to treat and respect you. creating this takes time and trial/error. once done right, your relationships with others (friends or lovers) will flow. AND side note: episodes will now be published bi weekly!!

    healing before a relationship

happy almost valentine’s day everyone! i though that this topic seemed appropriate for this time of year. to me, healing and relationships go hand in hand. a healthy, loving relationship is the product of two actively healing individuals. this being said, it is important to acknowledge your own flaws and start your own healing journey before a relationship.

  19. 2

    put yourself first

hey! i missed you. thank you for your patience and bearing with my delay for some time. like i said, you have to put yourself first. this week we go into some indicators that you may need some self prioritization and some things you can implement into your life to accomplish that. remember that doing this is not selfish. you must show up for yourself first in order to be your best self to the world.

  20. 1

    perspective is everything

the way we look at life is SO important. our perspective on situations can be what determines if we grow from it or stay in the same cycle. when you realize this and open yourself to change, you will also open the doors to more opportunities and abundance. here i'll tell you about the difference between a closed vs. an open perspective and what each type of mindset does for you. also, it’s okay to not be okay and make mistake sometimes, you’re still human after all. just don’t let the bad days and mistakes define you, take it one day at a time :) (psa: been a little stuffed this week so disregard the voice)

“just let it go”. something that sounds so easy, but actually takes some work. here i'll be talking about some things that people often hold on to and some tips on how you can let these things go. letting go takes effort and patience, so take it one day at a time ;) once you do let go, that freedom will feel like no other.
