Healing Family Disconnection with Dr. Stacy Jagger

from Enlightened Empaths

Please join Samantha ad Denise as they welcome Dr. Stacy Jagger, a licensed marriage and family therapist, author, and speaker specializing in digital detox, child development, and family connection. Known as “Dr. Sassy,” she’s also the author of “30 Day Blackout,” and the creator of The Mountain Method to help families heal, reconnect, and thrive through creativity, play-based therapy, and digital detox strategies.  Dr. Jagger shares her insights on how excessive screen time is affecting children’s development and mental health. She emphasizes the importance of returning to a natural environment of creativity and connection, advocating for her ’30 Day Blackout’ challenge, which encourages families to disconnect from screens to foster deeper relationships and creativity. Dr. Jagger also discusses the alarming effects of screen time on brain development, particularly in young children, and the need for a balanced approach to technology use in family life. Stacy has compiled all of her expertise in working with families into a course. It’s called “The Mountain Method” and walks families through the 3-6 month healing process, including a digital detox. The course is $1000 with the option to work with Stacy or someone on her team as a “Sherpa” guide for another $1500 / 6 session coaching package.  Life changing for families struggling with disconnection and digital overwhelm.  For more information: www.themountainmethod.com www.dr.sassy.com Book: 30 Day Blackout: How to help your kids turn off the screen and turn to their family
