How To Prepare By Resting

When you feel “off”, it’s because you need to create some space in your life and schedule. The first step to creating more space in your life is to STOP THE FLOW of anything new or extra coming in. The second step is to TAKE OUT THE OLD by ditching anything that’s “leftover”, that you’ve had “enough of”, or that has “expired” because it no longer serves you. The third step is to PREPARE by RESTING. When we REST, we are preparing to be re-inspired. I invite you to consider these questions: What prevents you from resting, pausing, or taking a breath?
