How To Resign From Being Resigned
from Intelligent Intoxication · host Terri Bradway
There is a huge difference between being “resigned” and intentionally “resigning.” When we’re resigned, it’s as if we’re unintentionally quitting, settling, or defaulting to stay stuck in an unpleasant circumstance, job, relationship, or pattern. Contrast that to intentionally deciding to stop or leave what is no longer serving our growth, expansion, and well-being by offering a resignation. I invite you to consider these questions: What are you currently resigned to enduring? What beliefs are keeping you in this place of resignation? How does your body know that you’re in this place of resignation? What do you intentionally want to decide to resign from? What might prevent you from doing so? If you know that you need help getting out of resignation so that you, too, can resign from anything that doesn’t serve your growth long-term, email me to schedule a complimentary happy hour call: [email protected] Thank you for investing your valuable time and energy into listening to the podcast.
