One of the most popular questions I get is - “How do I structure a self storage deal with partners?” Or - “What does a typical deal structure look like?” All in all, how do you take the deal, yourself, and your partners, and put it all together? Not only that, what actually IS typical? These are all great questions and they’re the perfect type to demonstrate the whole idea of you don’t know what you don’t know.
