How To Take Down The Parts Of Your Life That No Longer Serve You
from Intelligent Intoxication · host Terri Bradway
If you’re willing and/or ready to take down or release the parts of your life that no longer serve you, here’s how I suggest that you begin to do so: tackle the physical clutter start with the smallest spaces (drawers) and with the things you don’t really care about or feel attached to move on to sentimental physical belongings, relationships, acquaintances, or habits that no longer serve you now that you’ve built momentum, you can begin to identify and release the “big” trees or “challenging NOs” like a career or job, relationship, a location, or a long-term obligation you may want or need the support of a coach, therapist, or trusted mentor to begin to release these types of things The discomfort you may feel as you release things from your life will pale in comparison to the long-term space and relief you’ll experience on the other side of letting go.
