When I released a clip on TikTok of Sam talking about the effect of 808 hip hop on your body from her expertise as a sound healer, negative comments started rolling in. It was bad, and got to the point where I decided to turn off the comments and question if I even wanted to share more about the episode. With all my experience from my PR Agency to the work I’ve done on myself, luckily I decided not to react to the comments in a defensive way and my therapist even brought up something I’ve been talking about a lot here on the podcast.
