You promise perfect peace to the mind that stays fixed on You, and I hold that promise close. When worry tries to find room inside me, when quiet fears step forward in the stillness, let Your presence guide every thought back toward calm and comfort. Help me lean into the truth that You are steady, You are near, and You do not leave me to face these moments alone. When my thoughts begin to scatter, gather them gently and lead them toward what is true, noble, pure, and filled with hope. Holy Spirit, breathe peace into the places where rest feels fragile. Let every anxious thought become softer under the weight of Your love. Replace worry with clarity, replace fear with assurance, and let my mind rest on what brings life. Teach me to recognise the gentle shift of Your presence, the way You guide my thinking into places that strengthen my heart rather than drain it. Let this hour become not a moment of worry, but a quiet space where trust grows deeper and confidence rises again. Lord, steady my emotions and calm the noise that tries to settle in the early hours. Surround me with Your peace that does not depend on circumstances. As I breathe slowly and focus on You, fill my inner world with reassurance. Let my thoughts become anchored, my heart become settled, and my spirit find rest in Your care.
