John 14:27 (NIV) says: “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” Psalm 91 reminds us that as we rest in God’s presence, we are covered, protected, and held securely. Lord Jesus, as this day begins to slow, we bring every burden and every thought before You. Let Your peace settle within us. Where the mind is restless, bring stillness. Where the heart is unsettled, bring reassurance Where we are holding on too tightly, teach us to release and trust You. Help us to let go of what we cannot carry into the night. Jesus, You are our peace. Jesús, llena nuestro corazón con Tu paz y calma en esta noche. Jesus, enche o nosso coração com a Tua paz e calma nesta noite.
