And be thankful.” Jesus, as this day moves into the evening, I come before You carrying everything that has built up within me. The pressure, the conversations, the responsibilities, and the unseen weight—I bring it all into Your presence now. I release what I have carried through this day. I let go of what I cannot change. I lay down what I cannot control. I refuse to carry forward what You are calling me to surrender. Your peace is not temporary or surface-level—it reaches deep within and settles what is unsettled. You call me not just to feel peace, but to let it rule within my heart. Jesus, release the pressure within me. Restore calm where there has been tension. Let Your peace take authority over every thought, every feeling, and every internal strain. Let my heart come into alignment with Your peace. Let stillness replace pressure. Let calm replace weight.
