The conversations, the pressures, the responsibilities, and the emotions that have built up throughout the day—I place them all into Your hands. Your Word speaks peace, not as the world gives, but a deeper peace that reaches the heart and quiets what is unsettled within. So I receive that peace now. I release the weight of this day. I let go of what did not go as planned. I release the moments I cannot change. I refuse to carry forward what You are asking me to lay down. Jesus, settle my heart. Calm my emotions. Bring stillness to every part of me that feels unsettled. Replace tension with peace, and heaviness with rest. Jesús, quita toda carga y lléname de Tu paz.
