For many prospective Joburg renters, two words can seal the deal "back-up power." But at one Midrand complex, tenants say that promise has gone unfulfilled. They have endured power outages lasting up to 32 hours, leaving security gates inoperable, fridges defrosting, and residents questioning what they signed up for.
