from Monday Morning Mindset Shift · host Jaime Filer

Where did this idea come from? “There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so” is a quote from William Shakespeare's tragedy, Hamlet. In a similar vein, according to entrepreneur Alex Hermozi, "What we have is a line of normal human existence, and points that occur above the line and below the line." Being SAD isn't bad; it's a point below baseline. It's part of our existence. It's necessary. Without darkness, there can't be light. We need to start reshaping and reshifting our paradigms around labels.Come hang in my Facebook group: facebook.com/groups/teamjaim91Or connect with me on Instagram: instagram.com/jaim91If you're interested in more mindset and health hacks for overwhelmed women, find me on Instagram @jaimefilerfitness, or head to https://call.jaimefiler.com/form to learn more about the 16 week 3R Method
