Shadow Work and Taking My Fear to Its Worst Ending

Alchemy was the old business of turning lead into gold. A shadow is a belief sitting between you and the thing you say you want. Put those two together and you have got what I do. Most people want the shadow gone. I take it the other way. I take a fear all the way out to the worst possible ending it has, live the whole thing through, and come back to find it has lost its hold on me. Once you have already been there it has nothing left to threaten you with, and the thing you were most scared of becomes exactly where your power comes from. These episodes come from my archive.
