The 6th episode of the Perfect Care podcast is deeply personal. This Deep Dive blends lessons from leadership experts (such as Zaleznik, Kotter, Goleman, Collins, Heifetz, as well as the US Army's doctrine on leadership) with Dr. Lobdell's journey from the operating room, through a life-changing accident, additional training in critical care, business school, & subsequently leading quality efforts at the Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute (SHVI). Most recently, the focus has been the strategic, digital transformation & world-class results of Perfect Care (PC).
