My husband and I have refined our process each year for how we do our new year planning and goal setting. Part of that is reflecting on our goals from the previous year, and giving ourselves a letter grade for how we did in each major area of our life that we set goals. Since success (and lack thereof) leaves clues, we learned so much from the areas we had solid plans and worked together on vs goals we left more up to chance. I’m excited to share what this process looks like for us, and how we’re using what we’ve learned to set ourselves up for success in 2023! 01:30 How we decided on our word for 2023. 04:20 How we grade ourselves on our goals for the year. 07:30 What I’ve learned from revisiting how we performed on our goals. 10:30 Do you have a goal around your faith this year? 12:15 Who do you have in your corner to stay accountable towards your goals? 15:40 What is your attitude towards your goals? 19:20 Have you reflected on the goals you set in 2022?
