ABOUT LUANNLuAnn Giovannelli is COO of Bay Colony Community Association and a respected private club executive whose career spans nearly four decades. Her leadership experience includes senior roles at prominent club organizations, including Cherokee Town & Country Club, where she became the first woman to lead the Town Club.Although LuAnn entered the club profession unexpectedly, the industry was not entirely unfamiliar. Her father built golf courses and worked as a superintendent.
