Make the weird noises, draw the squiggles, move your hands around in the car, and do all of it before you decide whether it counts, because the deciding is the bit that shuts it down. I also talk about protection in this one and why I use none of it. If you are zipping yourself into a bubble every morning to keep the baddies out, you are handing the baddies your attention, and whatever we give attention to gets bigger. What I do instead is set one intention and stay awake enough to notice something arrive and ask it to leave. This one finishes with a few minutes of my own transmission.
