Making Friends With Mr Skeleton Through Shadow Work

I could never watch horror films, so I took the characters that scared me the most and gave each one of them a shadow to carry. Then I sat them down one at a time and asked them what they were so afraid of. Mr Skeleton had a lot to say. By the end of it I was friends with all of them, the fears were gone, and I can watch the films now. This one also has the three things I would tell anybody who is trying to manifest. Clear your shadows, do the weird thing your intuition tells you to do even when it makes no sense, and let go of the outcome. These episodes come from my archive.
