Meditation in Action- A Christian practice

from Trauma Recovery Anonymous · host richiejtierney

This is a simple Christian meditation practice for anyone, Christian, unbeliever, atheist, or agnostic, to gain one hour of peace of mind, and can be used to claim up to 24 hours at a time. We use our breath, the holy spirit in the form of a color that resonates with your soul. I use white, and you are welcome to use that if it might work for you. We then cast out the voices in our minds We then call on God to cast out our demons. We then cleanse our bodies from the crown of our heads to the tips of our fingers and toes. This whole process takes 20 minutes, and at the end of it, you know not only have you meditated successfully, but in the process, you performed at least one miracle or more. Claiming peace of mind for one hour Casting out the voices in your head Letting God cast out your demons for one hour And you accomplished this simply by being willing to try something completely different, something old, something new. Please share this Good News with anyone you know who suffers from depression, stress, despair, or post-traumatic stress. Giving your loved ones and friends a 20-minute exercise where they get to experience miracles is a pretty cool gift to give to someone else. Please take the time to comment, subscribe, and share this among your family, friends, and community. You will never know, but there might be someone close to you who is at the end of their tether, and this might be the perfect gift in their hour of need, or maybe someone they know might need to be saved. I love the idea that God has a plan for a complete stranger to us, but by us working together, my posting this and you sharing it far and wide, that person or one of therir descendsants go on to create a cure for cancer or AIDS, and if it wasn't for you or me, that might never have happened. You and I, we will never get the accolades or recognition on this earth,  for the part we played in this, but God will know, and ultimately that is all that matters #traumarecoveryanonymous #healinganypasttraumamemory #howtolivestressandanxietyfree24hoursaday
