Pregunta para ti: Estás lista para el 2020? Qué quieres lograr en tu podcast en los próximos 3 meses? y en el próximo año? Cuál es tu visión y tus objetivos relacionados al podcast para el 2020? Nuestra invitación en este episodio es a hacer un recuento de tus logros con tu podcast durante el 2019 y a establecer tus metas y objetivos para la llegada del 2020: 1. Aumentar la frecuencia. 2. Hacer un evento para la audiencia. 3. Hacer un "upgrade" al equipo. 4. Participar en una Convención de Podcasting. 5. Lanzar una campaña o estrategia para monetizar. 6. Aumentar el "engagement" / Involucrar a la audiencia 7. Crear episodios de BONO 8. Generar 2 piezas de contenido (en otros formatos) por cada episodio. 9. Mejorar tu habilidad (desempeño) como comunicadora. Tus metas y objetivos pudieran ser muy distintas a las ideas compartidas en esta lista.
