Summary Inez Guerrero is talking to a Trans Global Customer Service agent on the phone, about flights to Rome. “Our Golden Argosy, Flight Two – it departs at Ten PM,” says the agent, ” only tonight it’s delayed one hour, due to weather conditions.” “Well, could you — it’s very important to me to find out if somebody is on that flight,” says Inez. “His name is D. O. Guerrero.” “Well, I’m terribly sorry,” says the agent, “we’re not allowed to give out that information.” “You don’t understand,” says Inez. “The person I’m asking about is my husband.” “Well, I – I’m sorry,” replies the agent, “but it’s a company rule. Well… you might go out to the airport. If you can get there before they board the flight, you could see your husband if he’s there.” “I see,” says Inez. “Well, that’s the only way, I suppose… Thank you. Thank you.” “Thank you for calling Trans Global,” says the agent. The scene wipes to Trans Global Flight 2, parked on the tarmac. The scene shifts again to the interior of the empty plane.
