My History is no longer mine

from Trauma Recovery Anonymous · host richiejtierney

My history is no longer mine. When a past event is touched by trauma of any mind, it is no longer our property. We have to accept that we only exist in there 24 hours today and what happened in the past didnt happen to the person we are today, it happened to a younger aspect of us, we refer to this  person as our inner child, for a reason. It happened to them and we carry the memory of what happened to them and sympathy pains for them as a show of support and solidarity for what they went through. Therefore, the past is no longer my history It is  his story, because it  happened to him. We only have one life, and it is here in this moment of living where we are to find our meaning  and purpose. What happened in the past, the pain, suffering and overcoming  of that trauma, are the meaning and purpose of our inner child, but we are not to claim it as our own.  That is the terrible conditioned lie fed to so many poor  souls. But there is a solution available to each of us today. It's a spiritual solution than enables each of us to heal the hole in our soul mend our broken spirit, by giving the details and baggage of their story back to them. Then we undo the learned dysfunctional behaviors and habits of that misdiagnosis. We come to realize we are not crazy, insane or mentally ill.  We come to see that we had a hole in our soul We come to see that this soul sickness was manifesting in stinking thinking  and faulty feelings, hence the sympathy pains this is the combined truth that sets us free  In a 3 hour healing  process we give the details and baggage of those sympathy pains back to our inner child #healinganytraumamemory We then unlearn the mental disorder diagnosis by embracing the 12 steps of Trauma Recovery Anonymous #traumarecoveryanonymous When you are ready to give up three hours of your life to get back all of your life, and you would like good orderly direction, mail me @ [email protected] And I will guide you on this path Both books are available on the Amazon platform
