We only get one chance at life. it has to be in the 24 hours we occupy in this moment in time. The past is none of our business and if you are one of the one billion people diagnosed with a mental disorder, Please God, you are one of the lucky ones who have found out they mental health industry erred and you don't actually have a mental disorder. This means there is a need to find another solution, and that solution is a spiritual one, to heal the hole in your soul, where we hold all our pains and hurts as well as our successes and victories of life. By embracing the trauma recovery anonymous 2 part program; by giving the past back to its rightful owner and then undoing the learned dysfunctional behaviors and bad habits of your misdiagnosis; you can break free of all of it to return to the land of the living as a normal boring human being, no better or worse than anyone else.
